Superstar. Saviour. Rock. Yoda. I believe that we called Lindsay each of these before our wedding day was finished! We simply cannot see how our day could have gone as well as it did without Lindsay’s help, enthusiasm, wisdom, patience, kindness and, of course, hard work!

We met Lindsay while travelling, and after mentioning we were looking for help to plan our wedding down in Sussex – well outside of her usual Worcestershire stomping grounds – Lindsay was more than happy to travel and she dived into helping us plan our dream day headfirst! From our initial consultation zooms, through to all the check in calls and follow up emails, Lindsay was an absolute dream to have work with us. She took the time to get to know us, what makes us tick, what we wanted from our big day and what items we already had in place. We had done a large chunk of our planning already, but were keen to ensure that we hadn’t missed anything off, and also to ensure that we had someone on hand to help make sure the day ran smoothly so that we could actually enjoy it. Lindsay did all this and more, providing excellent tips and advice on items we could afford to skimp on, as well as those that were indispensable, and giving us some excellent ideas in the process.

On the day itself, Lindsay was on hand to help us set up and gladly took on all the little tasks that we forgot would need to get done. When we had a last minute realisation we’d lost a key item, Lindsay dashed to the shops for us to get a replacement. When one of our church readers suffered a wardrobe malfunction, Lindsay was immediately on hand with safety pins, and when we needed someone to pass a message to the DJ or ensure that guests were in the correct place, Lindsay was often doing it before we could even ask her.

Lindsay was a major factor in why our day went as well as it did, and was certainly a big reason why we were both able to enjoy it as much as we did. She was a beacon of calm all day, mixed with our guests wonderfully, had a fantastic working relationship with our venue, caterer, photographer and videographer (despite having only met them all the day before) and even captured some photos and video memories herself that we will cherish.

We cannot imagine having a better wedding planner than Lindsay, and cannot even begin to recommend her highly enough. Do yourself a favour, hire Lindsay for your wedding and allow yourself to enjoy your big day all the better. Thank you so much for everything Lindsay!

Initially we weren't sure if we needed a wedding co-coordinator, but we are so glad we decided we did, and so unbelievably happy we chose Lindsay (Worcestershire Wedding Planner). From our first call, to meeting in person and the many emails that followed, Lindsay was incredibly organised, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
