Bourton Hall offers exclusive use to its couples, so you can have the place to yourselves for your special day. The whole venue oozes romance thanks to the Italianate-country feel, and the renovations have only enhanced the beauty of the original 18th century building.
The venue has a license for civil ceremonies, which can take place in the former-Catholic Chapel – a stunning setting complete with marble panelled walls and an ornate wood and gold leaf ceiling – or the Italian Room if it’s a more intimate affair you’re after. On sunny days couples can exchange vows under the Portico, which means you’ll get some great snaps with the country house as your backdrop.

After the ceremony, guests can mingle on the lawns with canapés and croquet, or head to the Great Hall – an impressive room complete with a grand staircase and ornate ceilings.
