Where To Go in Fiji on Honeymoon

One of the best things about booking a honeymoon in Fiji is the fact that the majority of the islands are located within close proximity to each other so it's super easy to do a bit of island hopping if you can't choose just one to spend your honeymoon on. Here's a lowdown on what some of the most prominent Fiji islands offer to honeymooners to help you make your decision.

The main islands of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu are home to plenty of honeymoon hotels and packages in areas that are made for luxury honeymoons. For couples who want a true taste of authentic Fiji, we'd advise heading to some of the smaller islands which offer a slower-paced honeymoon with a quieter tone.

Featuring in the Tom Hanks film Cast Away, the Mamanuca Islands are considered the most picture-perfect in all of Fiji. Under the sea you’ll find kaleidoscopic corals teeming with life, and above the surface, some of the best surfing in the Southern Hemisphere.

If you’re good on a board you’ll want to go to Namotu Island for the famed Cloudbreak, ranked among the 10 most challenging waves in the world and the island of Taveuni is prime for walking and bird-watching. Don’t miss the natural water slide at Waitavala, a 20-minute walk from Waiyevo.
