Kimpton Aysla Mallorca is located in, surprise surprise, Mallorca, one of the beautiful Balearic Islands off the southern coast of Spain. To be more precise, it’s in Santa Ponsa, Calvia, just 14km from the capital Palma, and a 30 minute drive from the airport.

Anyone who prefers sea salt over chlorine has one of two options; either you can use one of the hotel’s bikes to cycle to the beach, or use the on-site shuttle which runs to your schedule. 

If you want to take all the work out of relaxing, you can head upstairs to the Maison Codage spa, where skincare experts and masseurs will show you how it’s done. If you’d rather get the blood pumping, there’s also a fully stocked fitness suite with a range of classes for you both to enjoy. 

Food and Drink at Kimpton Aysla Mallorca

There are plenty of places to enjoy food and drink at the resort. Traditional Spanish dishes and tapas are one of the specialties here, with plates (including the tasty Mallorcan sobrassada) prepared using local produce. Wine is also sourced locally, giving nearby vendors the chance to showcase the best of Mallorcan grapes. 

At dinner time, resident restaurant Saba is unmissable. This spectacular eatery combines the best of Korean and Japanese food to create mind blowing Asian fusion. Each of the chefs have trained extensively in Asian kitchens, and you can see all their skills on display in the unique 'theatre kitchen'.
