Former TOWIE Star Maria Fowler Marries Partner Kelvin Batey in Secret Ceremony

Ex-The Only Way Is Essex star Maria Fowler revealed she secretly married her long-term partner on Saturday.
The reality star took to her Instagram stories on Sunday to confess the news to her fans and flash her huge diamond ring as she drove off on a minimoon with her new-husband Kelvin Batey.

The couple tied the knot at the idyllic Nunsmere Hall country house in Cheshire, with guests including Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes.
“So we’ve got something to tell you…we got married yesterday! Show them your ring,” an excited Maria said to Kelvin in her Instagram Stories.

She gushed: “We’re married, we’ve got all the stuff in the car and we’re off on a little minimoon and then our honeymoon at the end of August but we’re married!
“We have the most incredible day, best day of our lives, and I’m going to put a picture on shortly, its not a professional picture but I do want to share it. It was just incredible.”

Turning to Kelvin, she said gleefully, “Hi, husband,” to which he replied, “Hello, wife.”
In her Instagram post, Maria, 32, said she would not be revealing any more photos, but she did share some tagged stories which gave fans a glimpse of the day.

Their colour scheme was blush pink and ivory, with hints of gold, and photos of her tables show them crowned with rose centrepieces.
Chanelle shared a photo of her menu, which included slow cooked shoulder of lamb and panna cotta. Maria revealed she surprised her new husband with his favourite song, Jubel, played by a live saxophonist.

In a later post on her Instagram page, Maria wrote: “The happiest day of our lives. What an absolutely incredible day surrounded by Incredible people. We had an intimate ceremony which was full of tears, laughs and sentiment.”
BMX biker Kelvin proposed to Maria in December 2017 during a romantic break to Paris, presenting her with an engraved padlock. The pair are parents to daughter Evie was who born in September 2016.
