However the fitness guru confessed the marriage plans were on hold as the couple “didn’t want to rush into anything”.
She told Celebrity Secrets, “We had a venue booked for Christmas, so of course we’ve had to cancel that.
“I hadn’t bought my dress, though. I’ve had designers approach me to work on a dress, and that’s something I’ll do when the time’s right.
“That’s the easy part – finding a dress, organising the catering and finalising the guests.
“It’s just the bigger picture for myself and Ryan that we need to get to grips with first.”
Louise was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis two years ago and revealed that the stress of planning the wedding had caused the disease to flare up.
“I did get really stressed about planning our big day, so Ryan and I have put the wedding on hold for a while. There’s so much going on in our lives at the moment, so we want to wait until we feel really ready for it and not rush into anything.”
The couple started dating in 2016 after she split from Made in Chelsea co-star Alik Alfus.
Personal trainer Ryan proposed during a hike in Los Angeles in August 2018. She told OK! magazine that the proposal nearly went wrong as she’s initially refused to go on the hike.

“I was like: ‘I’m really tired – and we’ve got dinner plans.’ He convinced me to come, so I threw on one of his big T-shirts and some cycling shorts.”
Ryan popped the question as they took a rest down a private path.
He said: “I said something like, ‘I’ve had the best birthday ever, but there’s one more birthday wish that I’d like. Will you marry me?’”
Louise added, “He dropped to one knee and opened the box.
“I had to catch my breath because I thought I was going to faint.”
She confessed she’d “cried for three days” after the proposal.
