Handily for the pair, Sophia is actually a wedding planner - a third generation wedding planner, no less, in her family business, Perrys the Wedding Company.
Matt proposed to her in the Dominican Republic in May 2019. The couple both shared pictures at the time from the romantic proposal which included pizza and Champagne on the beach, with a definite focus on the pizza part!
