The most special day that we didn’t ever want to end. We love you all & the special community we’ve built on here so so much and couldn’t wait to share these moments with you. 🥲

Joe lost his father at the age of 11 and so did my dad. A huge part of our wedding day was reflecting on how this had a huge effect on them and how hard it is, even to this day to deal with.

We have copyrighted all these photos. We ask for all media who wish to use them on their own platforms to lawfully do the right thing by asking permission from the photographer. They will in turn give permission for them to be used as long as the media outlets using them make a donation to a charity that supports bereaved children.

These memories are so special to us and it would mean the absolute world to us if they made a difference to children growing up with the loss and heartache that my father and my husband did. Thank you for respecting our wishes 🖤 lots of love Mr & Mrs Solomon-Swash 😭"

The photos were taken by Chelsea White Photography, and Hitched made a donation to Winston's Wish, as per the Solomon-Swash family's wishes, in return for permission to use the photos.

Yes they are! The couple married in an intimate ceremony which reportedly took place on Sunday 24th July, and the couple exchanged vows during a traditional Jewish blessing. Due to the pandemic and arrival of their son Rex, Stacey and Joe had to postpone their nuptials. Following the birth of their baby girl Rose in October 2021, the couple began to reveal more details about their upcoming wedding.

Where Did Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash Get Married?

Stacey has confirmed that their wedding ceremony took place in the couple’s garden at Pickle Cottage. The pair and their family moved into the £1.3million Essex property in March 2021 and spent the following months renovating it from top to bottom.

Stacey has taken a very hands-on approach to her home renovation and documented her craftsmanship and DIY projects on social media. From re-tiling a bathroom and sanding down furniture, to renovating Rose’s nursery and up-cycling antique pieces, Stacey has shared a whole host of DIY tips to her 5.3 million following on Instagram.

Among the attendees was Stacey's close friend and cleaning influencer, Sophie Hinchliffe, popularly known as Mrs Hinch. The couple's children also played significant roles in the ceremony, with Stacey's eldest sons walking her down the aisle, and their daughter Rose serving as a flower girl.

Former TOWIE star, Ricky Rayment, was also in attendance, as he's one of Joe's closest friends. Stacey's 'Loose Women' co-stars Ruth Langsford and Linda Robson were present to celebrate the joyous occasion.

The event was a beautiful blend of family and friends, familiar faces and new celebrity pals.

With family at the forefront of everything they do, it’s no surprise that Stacey and Joe are planning on having their children heavily involved in their wedding. Stacey has two older sons from previous relationships, and is step-mum to Joe’s son, also from a previous relationship. Stacey and Joe also share their son Rex, born in 2019, and daughter Rose, born in 2021.

All of the pair’s children will be present at the wedding. Stacey has confirmed that all four of their sons will be page boys. "We didn’t want to make one the best man or give one a special role. But I would like them all to walk me down the aisle with my dad," she recently told Hello! Magazine.

As well as little people, there will also be some furry guests in attendance. Both of Stacey and Joe’s dogs will have roles in the wedding - as if they were going to leave Peanut and Teddy out!

Stacey Solomon's DIY Wedding Décor

Anyone who knows anything about Stacey Solomon will know she’s a dab-hand with anything DIY-related - and planning for her wedding has been no different.

She’s slowly side-stepped from ‘Tap to Tidy’ into the realm of décor and craft. She’s created a beautiful welcome sign for her wedding as well as giving her front door a ‘Mr & Mrs’ makeover. She’s embellished the wedding door with lanterns and gorgeous white flowers, as well as building a tea wall for the wedding.

In line with wedding traditions, Stacey’s adopted a crafty approach to the ‘something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue’ by incorporating all four of the traditional items into her elaborate door display.

Sharing her design on Instagram, the star wrote: “Something old - the horses shoe we found in pickle cottage when we moved in. Something new - the Mr & Mrs sign. Something borrowed - @emlouflowers leant me some of her beautiful white roses and eucalyptus. Something blue - the sky as we finished it.”

Along with her stunning wedding door and other DIY wedding décor ideas, Stacey has also been working on hers and Joe’s wedding aisle décor. We can’t wait to see it!

What Does Stacey Solomon's Wedding Dress Look Like?

Stacey opted for a romantic, off the shoulder wedding dress with a structured, corset style bodice. She paired her dress with a floral bridal headband and a wedding veil. Prior to her wedding day, she had shared some hints of what she might go for online!

Engaged celebrities tend to stay pretty hush-hush about their (sometimes multiple) wedding dresses and outfits, but Stacey, being the real gal's gal she is, gave fans a sneak peek at her wedding dress shopping experience. Documenting a ‘feeling she never wants to forget’, Stacey took to Instagram after going wedding dress shopping and revealed a glimpse of a wedding gown which appeared to be a strapless design with floral embroidery and some illusion mesh panelling.

Posted in April this year, Stacey admitted that she was so excited to have found her dream wedding dress that she just couldn’t resist giving fans a first-look. Whilst she did clarify that the dress in the picture isn’t ‘the one’, it could be an indication of the style she’s planning on going for on the big day.

Speaking to her 5.3million followers, she penned: “I’ve been putting it off I think because the more I got excited about it, the more silly I felt for some reason… I started feeling really conscious about not being, well I don’t know 😂🙈 I wouldn’t have done life any other way EVER. I’m so grateful for how it turned out and I genuinely believe everything happens for a reason. But I suppose sometimes those old fashioned narratives make you feel that way don’t they?”

Always doing things her way, Stacey had her wedding dress shopping experience in the comfort of her own home and decided to do it alone. After trying not to make it a ‘thing’, she told fans that her sister popped in at the end of the day and the pair both became emotional messes. We all know that feeling!

Who Are Stacey Solomon's Bridesmaids and What Are They Wearing?

Whilst Stacey has never confirmed who her bridesmaids will be ahead of the big day, it's been rumoured that she wants social media influencer Sophie Hinchliffe (also known as Mrs Hinch) to be one of her bridesmaids.

When announcing the launch of her new collection with In The Style, Stacey also gave a big hint about her bridesmaid dresses. When modelling this stunning red wrap dress on her Instagram stories, she stated that this is 'very similar' to her bridesmaid dresses.

Whether it's the silhouette, colour or style of dress she's referring to - it was one of the biggest clues she's revealed. Every item in her range of occasion wear has been made from 100% recycled fabric and is completely organic. She's previously told her followers she wants to base her wedding around her love of the Fejka plants from Ikea. We're predicting gorgeous green gowns in this wrap silhouette.

What Was Stacey Solomon's Hen Party Like?

Giving her the single send off she deserves, Stacey’s ITV co-stars hosted her an amazing hen party. Sharing snaps of the celebration on her Instagram, the star shared that her girls had planned an abroad trip, writing: “👰‍♀️ It’s my hen do 😭👰‍♀️ Honestly I’ve never felt so special. I love you girls. Even if you did make me travel across the Mediterranean Sea dressed as a giant green pickle 😂”

Stacey wore a white ruffled bikini top and high-waisted bottoms, paired with a floaty chiffon ‘Bride’ sarong and a diamante-encrusted veil - discover the best bride swimsuits and bikinis here to steal her style. In a more light-hearted snap of her at the departures lounge, Stacey was made to dress as a giant pickle during the journey - although she still kept the glam up with her sparkly veil as a consistent accessory.

Spending time in a picturesque setting, more snaps were shared showing Stacey and her crew on a boat somewhere in the Mediterranean where she donned another white bikini and an embellished ‘BRIDE’ hat.

How and When Did Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash Meet?

X-Factor star and Loose Woman Stacey Solomon, 32, met soon-to-be-husband Joe Swash, 40 during her time on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here in 2010. Joe was co-presenting with ITV duo Ant and Dec when Stacey was crowned ‘Queen of the Jungle’, although they didn’t speak straight away. The pair began working together on I’m a Celeb’s spin off show a year later, but Stacey was in a relationship.

Eventually, in 2016, Stacey and Joe began dating and made their relationship public. Four years later, after blending their families, buying a house and having their first child together (the adorable Rex!), Joe proposed in December 2020.

After their Christmas eve engagement, Stacey, Joe and the children moved into their ‘forever’ home, Pickle Cottage, and the wedding planning finally began.
