Meet The Expert
Lorraine has a real passion for customer care and believes that sales and quality customer service go hand in hand in providing a win-win solution for all involved.
She has extensive experience in sales and customer service training; from research and design to development and delivery. Working for 13 years in the airline industry, she has managed training for a world wide audience and is sensitive to cultural obligations and needs.
Joining the Directors, Lorraine was the first member of the hitched.co.uk team back in 2002 and gained great knowledge and understanding of the wedding industry in her role as Manager and Site Editor for the then new Ireland site, and was soon approached to design and deliver training for Wedding Venue Coordinators throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Now managing her own company, as well as delivering workshops for other businesses, she still passionately runs her very successful ‘Selling Through Customer Service’ workshop for hitched.co.uk and their venues around the country.Helping individuals in their roles feeds her passion for training and coaching.
