Meet The Expert
Kelly Mortimer has almost two decades experience in hotels and resorts across the UK, internationally and in the 5* luxury London hotel market. She has personally sold and delivered weddings and events for some of the world’s leading hotel names such as Claridge’s, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental and Melia Hotels & Resorts.
More recently she led the wedding rebranding, sales strategy, training and ultimately increasing wedding sales year on year for The Principal Hotel Company & De Vere groups. Over the past 17 years, she has gained an in depth understanding of engaged couples and what it takes to make them choose your venue over another. Using this knowledge, she has developed various sales solutions, strategies and training sessions, all with proven results to increase wedding bookings.
