Goliath Series 3 – 4th October
Goliath returns with its third series on 4th October. The unexpected death of an old friend leads Billy McBride to take a case in the drought-stricken Central Valley. Here, he comes face-to-face with a new Goliath: a billionaire farmer, his sister and their scheme to steal California’s most valuable resource – water.
As Billy and his team pursue the truth, old enemies and personal demons resurface forcing him to confront his own mortality.
Modern Love Series 1 – 18th October
Based on the real life stories told in the New York Times column “Modern Love”, each stand-alone episode of this anthology series features a different cast to bring the tales to life.
Anne Hathaway explores the challenges of dating with bipolar disorder while Julia Garner navigates her daddy issues with Shea Wigman.

Unforgotten Series 3 – 28th October
The third series of ITV’s Unforgotten investigates the murder of schoolgirl Hayley Reid, who disappeared from a seaside resort town on New Year’s Eve 1999.
Her skeleton is discovered by workmen repairing the central reservation of the M1 motorway in London. Available to watch on 28th October.

Downton Abbey – Series 1-7

Good Omens
With a cast including Michael Sheen, Jon Hamm and David Tennant, you can’t go too far wrong. This adaptation of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s fantasy novel about an angel and devil who must team up to stop the end of the world is irreverent, hilarious and perfect to binge on a rainy Sunday.
Homecoming – Series 1
An eerie psychological thriller about Heidi (Julia Roberts), a social worker who is asked to relive the reasons she left Homecoming, a shady organisation that helps returning soldiers adjust to civilian life. It’s directed by Sam Esmail, the creator of Mr Robot – another binge-worthy series.
Fleabag – Series 1-2
Series one of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s hilarious yet bleak comedy about one woman navigating her way through family, sex and work in London is free on Amazon Prime Video. You can rent or buy the second series (which is potentially even better than the first.) Either way, watch it all now.

The Boys – Series 1
The world’s most notorious superheroes have long been revered as gods – and their abuses of power covered up. Now Billy Butcher recruits The Boys, who’ve all been wronged the superheroes, to expose the truth and the corrupt forces protecting them.
Outlander – Series 1-4
Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan star in this fan-favourite, time-travelling love story. Nurse Claire is swept back in time from 1945 to 18th century Scotland where she meets Highland soldier Jamie Fraser and they start a passionate affair across the centuries.
Catastrophe – Series 1-4
All four series of this brilliant comedy about the fallout from an accidental pregnancy are available on Amazon Prime. Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney co-star as a couple whose holiday fling turns into a very modern romance.
The Grand Tour – Series 1-3
Amazon snapped up Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May after their Top Gear departure for this silly, adventurous and high octane car series. With three series under its belt, The Grand Tour shows no sign of slowing down.

The Night Manager
Tom Hiddlestone should be enough to convince you, really. This Bafta-winning adaptation of John le Carre’s novel pits night manager Jonathan Pine (Hiddestone) against ruthless arms dealer Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie) in a tense thriller.
The Americans – Series 1-6
This critically-acclaimed Cold War-era espionage drama follows two Russian spies living under the alias of married couple Philip and Elizabeth Jennings in Washington, DC in the early ’80s. There’s lots of spy activity and family crises as the FBI quite literally move in next door.
Sneaky Pete – Series 1-3
Co-created by Bryan Cranston, Sneaky Pete follows criminal Marius after he’s released from prison and steals the identity of his former cellmate Pete Murphy to hide from his old boss. But all’s not as problem-free as he hoped with a vicious debtor on his tail.
Bosch – Series 1-5
The first series of this Amazon Original follows LAPD homicide detective Bosch as he takes on the murder of a 13-year-old boy in this gritty crime noir. Each series follows a different cold case including the murder of his own mother. A fantastic, suspense-filled crime drama.

Red Oaks – Series 1-3
If you loved Netflix’s Sex Education, you’ll love Red Oaks. This sharp coming-of-age comedy stars David as a college student working at a country club in the ’80s, navigating awkward weddings, eccentric guests and swingers clubs.
The Marvelous Mrs Maisel – Series 1-2
Series 3 of the Emmy award-winning The Marvelous Mrs Maisel is due out in December 2019. If you haven’t caught any of this quick-witted and heart-warming series about fiery American housewife Midge and her talent for stand-up comedy, start now – you won’t regret it.
