Founded by Nik Naidoo & Izy George, The Wedding Ready Method is their signature bespoke fitness programme that helps couples prepare for the biggest and most important day of their lives.

They got married in 2022, and their wedding was the best day of their lives. They look back on that day with such fondness because they were both completely at ease.

They didn’t want to preapprove every photo captured.

Every angle they were seen from (and there are a LOT of eyes on you on the day) - felt natural and easy.

And they could be fully present, making memories with friends and family, rather than tugging at clothes that didn’t quite fit right, making compromises about what they wore, or feeling self-conscious whenever someone whipped a camera out.

The time they invested getting in shape for their wedding was well spent, and they are now inviting other like-minded couples to experience the same feeling.
