After graduating in 2019, I started creating bespoke wedding stationery alongside my other illustration work. Two years ago, a couple who were both wedding photographers asked me if I would consider live painting the guests at their wedding after they'd seen my other illustration work. That was the first wedding I live illustrated at, and I've been painting at weddings ever since.

How does it work?

I will set up a location of your choice within the wedding venue. Depending on your package and how you would like to run your day, I can work from a list of guests or groups you provide, or alternatively, your guests can choose to visit me throughout the wedding day. I can paint individuals, couples or groups of up to five guests in one illustration. Each illustration can take 5-20 minutes, depending on how many featured people are.

I will take photographs of your guests as they come to me and work from these during the day to create the portraits. I will work throughout the day, including the wedding, breakfast, speeches, etc. Guests can come and visit throughout the day, watching their paintings come to life. At the end of the day, I will take all the illustrations home to make any finishing touches or finalisations. I will then post these to you so you can send them to your guests as wedding favours.
