I am an artist who works closely with couples, planners, and fantastic printing companies to create the perfect, bespoke wedding stationery suite that is truly reflective of the couple getting married. From the very first Save the Date or Invitation, my colourful watercolour designs will set an exciting precedent for the wedding to come, and they make really special souvenirs to frame at home.

I can illustrate a map of the wedding venue or a unique map of the weekend or day itself using the different locations for the ceremony and reception as well as notes on timings. Carry the illustrative theme into the day itself with beautiful menus, table plans, and place cards to suit the theme and decor of your wedding, whether it's rustic, boho, classic Countryside, or an exotic destination.

Include illustrations of the flowers in your bouquet, cocktails and champagne, your pets or favourite animals, and the landscape or backdrop to your wedding.. the possibilities are endless with stationery that is truly bespoke!

Lead time:

Varied - the entire process can only take a few weeks, from the first call to print, but please commission me well in advance if you can, so that we can be sure to book you in for the perfect timing

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?

The quantities and number of orders will only affect the printing company you choose to use (whether my contact or yours) as I only charge an artist fee based on hours working

What are your delivery times?

This will depend on the printing company

Unique "Save the Date"

We commissioned Olympia to design the "Save the Date" cards for our wedding. From the very first call, she brought our ideas to life. One side is a beautiful water colour painting of the ceremony barn, and the other side lists the details in lovely calligraphy with a fun boarder. She was very patient while we changed the design several times and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We got so many compliments from guests on receipt that we have gone back to Olympia for our wedding invitations. 100% would recommend.

Beautiful illustrated invitations

We commissioned Olympia Olympitis Designs to create a two sided invitation for our wedding this summer. One side was an incredible illustrated map of Menorca, our wedding destination, and the other side details of the wedding in calligraphy, with an illustrated border. We and our guests loved them so much - we have a framed version on our wall which is a lovely memory of our wedding. Olympia is great to work with and captures the essence of your celebration. 11/10!

Very special and personalised experience

Olympia has designed our wedding invitation for us. It is so special and personalised. We have had many meetings with Olympia to discuss what we wanted on the invitations, Olympia has been so accommodating and flexible throughout the whole process. We have had many complements from friends and family on our invites and feel that they have set the scene for a special day.

Gorgeous invitations, highly recommend

We were beyond thrilled with the absolutely gorgeous wedding invitation and itinerary Olympia did for our wedding. She captured everything we could have hoped for and more, and it was so special having something totally unique to us. So many guests told us they were the most beautiful invitations they’d ever seen! She was also incredibly efficient (and patient with us when we were still deciding timings etc for the itinerary) and we could not recommend her on all accounts more highly.

We plan to frame a copy of our beautiful itinerary to keep for ever! Thank you so much again Olympia!
