I am just about to collect my wedding dress (post honeymoon) which will be wrapped in tissue paper and boxed for me from this wonderful company. Communication was excellent from my initial message to them... I had bought a sample dress which needed cleaning - I kept having to change the appointment as the seamstress altering it was having a few issues - this was not a problem and I was not made to feel bad for having to change appointment times. The shop is situated in a really urban, quirky warehouse - outside of the building does not do it justice - inside is amazing. The dress was cleaned quicker than expected and looked beautiful when collecting it. I can't wait to collect it next week! Thank you team.

Amazing. Returned call same day, came to pick up dress and performed magic. They made it look like new which after the state of the train and the fact that I was married 13 years ago was a miracle. Returned wrapped in tissue and in a protective/secure box (extra charge for this but well worth it).
