Destroyed my flowers 😞

Terrible experience—avoid at all costs!

I received my wedding frame with broken flowers that were a completely different colour than my original bouquet. After trying to contact Jaide for three weeks with no response, I finally got an answer regarding the colour change. She told me that my flowers hadn't dried properly and had to be dyed, but this was done without my consent, violating the company's terms and conditions.

I was devastated to find that my peach bouquet had been dyed pink. Jaide’s responses were minimal, offered no apology, and she refused to replace the altered flowers. She also initially refused to provide a refund. If you're going to alter someone's wedding flowers, communication is the bare minimum.

To make matters worse, the bouquet was ruined. The frame I received was poorly assembled, with visible glue all over it, and it wasn’t the right size or shape. I had also ordered keyrings with my confetti preserved in resin, but what I got were low-quality substitutes that were falsely claimed to be made of silver. These, too, had to be returned.

Today, upon opening the frame, I discovered the dyed flowers were actually plastic. I was already upset with the state of the dried bouquet, but finding out she replaced my flowers with plastic ones and lied about it was an all-time low.

Do not use this service unless you want your wedding flowers destroyed like mine were.

Photos: My original wedding bouquet, the frame I received back with pink plastic flowers, allegedly silver keyrings that were £35 each, the frame saying Mr & Mrs Hunter was the picture featured on Wild Ivy Norfolk website that I based my order on.
