First I would like to thank everyone for coming and sharing C and G's big day. Thanks to G's parents L and C and family for their help and contributions. For a long time G has felt like part of the family and has been known to come through the door and start chopping onions before having a cup of tea. It's been a time of considerable personal growth for C and G since they met – yoga and rock climbing, sharing a love of the great outdoors and nature – especially rocks and trees. Being together has made their lives more complete – home grown vegetables, homemade sausages, curing bacon in the airing cupboard, cooking, craft work, G has an amazing collection of hats including some made by C. They say a successful marriage is not about finding someone you can live with but finding someone you can't live without. So what makes a good relationship because in the grand scheme of things no one has ownership of anyone else and we have to know When to give When to take When to hold a bit back When to allow someone space or privacy When to look after When to challenge And when to spread a little love around the world because it needs it Please lift up your glasses as a toast to C and G!
