Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the day so far. I would just like to thank Graham for his kind words, and assure you that I will do my utmost to take care of your daughter Melissa; if she lets me that is!

I‘d better continue by saying how beautiful my wife looks or I'm going to get it later! I'm sure you'll all agree she does look stunning!

Thank you to everyone for coming and helping us celebrate our day. It wouldn't be the same without you all. Special thanks to those of you who had to travel more than the 3 or so miles that most of you had to travel to get here! We do appreciate it and hope that is has been worth your while! Ps, thanks for the gift vouchers most of you have donated to the Sharrock's snowboarding honeymoon extravaganza which will be taking place in either Scotland or Aspen. We'll let you know which when we've counted them! A special thank you to Nick and Emma for their generosity in offering us the use of their house in France to celebrate our honeymoon.

Next I would like to thank my parents for my upbringing and turning me into the perfect man; eh Melissa? A big thank you to Melissa's parents for welcoming me into the family and allowing me to marry their youngest daughter; you'll now be able to turn her room into the dining room you have always dreamed about Maureen. On a serious matter now, Melissa and I would like to wish you Graham all the best for the coming months; we'll be there for you both.

Now, I would like to thank my ushers Ally bongo, Deano, Balti and Stewart John Hayles, for their outstanding contribution to today's events. I'm sure you'll all agree, they done brilliant! Right, now for the gifts, sorry lads!

If both of my mothers would like to approach the table we have a gift for you both, I'd just like to add that you have both look fantastic!

Bridesmaids, Sarah and Jane, thank you very much for your help in organising the wedding and Melissa's hen night. You both look fabulous today. Please accept on behalf of my wife and I a token of our appreciation.

Bex, we both know how nervous you were today, and would just like to say that you did a fantastic job. We also have a little something for you.

Jez, cheers for the all the help you have been, I really appreciate it and thank you for being my best man. Please take this gift – voucher , that I will exchange for the real thing, or not, depending on how well I come off in your speech!

Finally I would like to propose a toast to the bridesmaids, so if you would all raise your glasses – the bridesmaids!
