Mr. Master of ceremonies, ladies and Gentlemen as I stand to respond to the toasts moved so ably by Mr. Thompson I can say that I am a proud man tonight. Proud in that I have a beautiful lady who now wears my ring –my wife Michelle. I know that this is the beginning of a long and productive life together. I know it will be so because Michelle has brought to the relationship her charm, character, kindness and lovingness which when coupled with my veracity and effervescent personality will only serve to cement the special bond that now binds us.

I can assure you that Michelle and I will do all that is in our power to fortify this relationship from day to day. This brings my mind back to an Elderly lady who was in great health went to the doctor. After examining her, the doctor said to her you are in good health but I am going to give you some medicine to FORTIFY you. The lady stopped and looked at the doctor and said doctor appreciate what you are doing but could you give me something to TWENTIFY me instead. I know that your prayers will help to fortify this marriage. We know that we will be able to achieve much with the support of everyone who is here with us this afternoon.

At this time we would like to express sincere gratitude to a number of persons who have made today's events the success it has been. Firstly to our parents who made sure that everything was in place for all aspects of this ceremony. We thank both of you.

Rev. ——————- who conducted the ceremony earlier this afternoon.

WE express a thousand thanks to everyone who has in anyway contributed to the success of today's event

We would like to thank all the persons seated at the head table who played a critical role in today's function. Without you all this would not have been possible

And as we come to the end of this afternoon's programme I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has expressed congratulations to us on the termination of the isolation and to those who have expressed an appreciation on our determination to end the desperation and frustration which have caused us so much consternation in giving us the inspiration to make a combination to bring an accumulation to the population.

Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you all.
