Intro.

Thank you Alan, for those kind words,

We hear the same old things from the poms on the eve of every Aussie/England cricket or rugby match, and I would just like to say that it's been a great 7 years to spend as an Aussie living in England. It won't be long before we show you how to play football too!

So on behalf on my wife and I, We would like to thank you all for coming here today and sharing our special day with us. Especially those who have travelled some distance to be here, like Darin, who made a huge effort as the only non related Aussie to make it over. Good on ya mate.

Alan and Barbara
Thank you to Alan and Barbara for making this day possible. I think we all know what a huge task it is to organize a wedding, but 2 in 2 weeks is absolutely amazing. Without their help and support, none of us would be here today. They have been so kind and helpful to me over the last 5 years, I really appreciate the way they have opened up their lives to me.
I have to thank them both for bringing up such a beautiful and intelligent daughter, (I'll leave you to argue over which trait comes from who!)

Mum and Dad
Also a huge Thank you to my parents, who have been a huge support to me over the years. Things were a bit dodgy for a while particularly through my Kevin the teenager stage that seemed to last well into my twenties, but luckily they stuck with me, and I hope I can make them as proud of me as I am of them.

Simon and Mary
Simon and Mary, who I would like to thank for coming out from Australia for Emma and my special day. Simon, who agreed to be my usher today, has been more than a brother to me throughout my life, and wherever we are in the world, he has always been there for me, I really appreciate everything you have done for me mate.

Bridesmaids
A huge thank you must also go to the Bridesmaids, Vicki, Sophie, Holly and B, who have helped Emma deal with so much of the organizing and stress of the wedding. I think you'll all agree that they all look beautiful, and we have this small gift for them as a token of our appreciation.

Tet
I would personally like to thank Tet for agreeing to be my Best Man. Although the trouble with being the best man at a wedding is that you never get to prove it. In fact, he never gets the better of me on the golf course either! But seriously, he's helped Em and I out loads, but I think we'll hold his present back til after his speech!

Em has made me so happy over the last 6 years, and I am overjoyed to be finally married to such a beautiful woman. So finally, Emma and I would like to thank you all for coming, and please.. Drink Up!
