Graham, thank you so much for your kind words and good wishes! South Africa Baby! Yay. for all the foreigners, whats it feel like to be part of the minority? Now I would really like to say, I am not a man of many words,  so doing a speech is not my forte,  I'd rather jump in the ring and fight someone.  So my speech short and sweet, (or) atleast i hope so, i download it from the internet this morning, so we'll see what I'm in for. Intro: Honoured guests,  guests of no particular honour,  relatives young and old,  friends,  (ALEX)freeloaders,  (SHAUN) hanger ons,  My wife and I… *cheers* Would like to thank you all for being here with us today.  Most of You have travelled far to share this special day with us, And that in itself has made this day even more special.  this venue is magical, but having all of you here, just makes is so much more magical Some of our friends and extended families could not be here with us today,  like the “lukas-case” who did indeed make it to cape town, but wash't allowed through. but they are with us in spirit.  and we all, should really, have a few extra drinks tonight for them! I cannot express in words to you what it means to have you all here, i have been getting used to a limited vocabulary these days, yes wife, i'm sorry wife So right now, I want us all just to toast to your selves for being here.  You guys are what makes this day extra special and awesome. So let us stand and toast to yourselves. Here is to all of you..… My Wife: now i just recently heard, a bride isn't just for the honeymoon, so..  thats a bit distressing.. I'll have to see what i can do about that predicament. My beautiful bride,  it makes my heart swell with pride seeing you sitting here with that fabulous white dress,  almost brought a tear to my eye when those doors opened and there you were I honestly thought I was at the wrong wedding for a moment there because I couldn't believe my luck. but then i remembered I'm such a lucky boy! Wow isn't she looking absolutely gorgeous today! My wife, (I think i'm going to enjoy getting used to that.) I like to believe you shouldn't get married to someone who you can live with,  you should marry the person you can't live without,  and I think that sums up perfectly how i feel about Ros. Now if i had to single out one thing about why I love Ros so much,  it would be the fact that she makes me happier than I ever dreamed I could be.  AND, I intend to spend the rest of my life making sure that the reverse is also true. Ros you are just such an amazing person,  your endless support and patience with me,  your presence has really made me a better person and to me thats what relationships are all about. (Crowd)  You know, Ros really put huge amounts of effort into making today perfect and  I think she has done that and even more today,  (Ros) it is just such a special day and I hope this day is perfect for you.  I just hope my dancing doesn't ruin the day later. Ros, I love you so much, and I can't wait to annoy you, uh I mean spend the rest of my life with you! Ladies and gentleman, let us stand and raise a glass to my wife! To ros, cheers Parents: I'd also like to thank Ros's parents, Graham and Margaret, before I continue though, I just want to make sure of something, Margaret, are you all right there? You sure? you all right? Do you want a banana? Graham and Margaret, you always made me feel very welcome and feel part of the family from day 1, and I have always appreciated that. The last month you have really tolerated us in your home,  you know after Ros lost her job,  and we couldn't pay the london rent, so we had to moved back in with you guys and  now she is getting married to a foreigner who sits in his lounge wear all day, surfing the internet and calling it “work”…  But I'm sure it will all be ok once our housing benefit starts to come through…… But, I'll be serious now, I would like to thank you massively for the contribution towards our wedding! You guys do so much for us Graham and Margaret, your daughter is an absolute gem,  i know this, knew it within the very first 6 months already when I met her.  I can only say thank you for you blessing and for trusting and believing in her, i know this is something she always values immensely.  You two are great people yourselves, as anyone who meets you knows So ladies and gentlemen, lets stand up and give a massive toast and cheer to Graham and margaret. Boom! Bridesmaids: Right, now I know there is an unwritten rule of wedding etiquette that states that nobody  should look more handsome than the groom…  I'd like to thank Shaun & Dean for sticking to that rule perfectly.  Apart from my wife, there are 2 other beautiful ladies here today.  Kate and Ros, thank you so much for seeing Ros through today.  You guys clean up real good!  I know Ros has some special words for you two in her speech, (or she'll have to do it right now ) Lets raise our glasses for the bridesmaids! BOOM. Now ladies and gents before I end my speech there is something else i would like to say.… Shaun, Lukas and Dean… Lukas, a guy so small but who has a massive personality and never scared to pull on a few boxing gloves and shin pads to give as hard as he received. Shaun, a guy so big who has no personality, and there is not much i can say about him. Ahhh I feel so mean picking on shaun today, he is such a great lad. Dean, my best man, for a very big reason.  His loyalty, understanding and explicit belief in me has very much contributed to where I am today.  We pushed through when no one believed in us,  we have experienced the highs and lows of each others lives, and stood by each other when things were tough.  we've integrated a friendship and a business relationship, which is tested, often, but the man is a true legend.  even though he can play a simple drinking game. The stag party he organised was absolutely brilliant he put so much effort and work in to it, and it was hands down one of the best days of my life. From dean, shaun and lukas I have learned the meaning of friendship and loyalty To you guys I just want to say..… there is no need to thank me for my friendship… Your welcome,  HAHAHA.… Today, I am a very fortunate man, I have my wife here, I have my family here and i have some new family.  but to Shaun, Lukas (who could not be here) and Dean.  I have been fortunate enough to spend some portion of my life with you guys in the last few years, and each one of you has had some positive impact on me. For that I am very much thankful. That being said, they are all known, and well known by that, for the fact that they are often disillusioned,  so anything bad that comes out of my best man's mouth about me tonite,  is probably very much over exaggerated and anything good is probably toned down to be modest.
