The discovery of your site helped me immensely when trying to write my Bestman's speech, so it's only right that I should email you a copy for you to post on your site. Maybe I can in some small way help the next poor unfortunate soul, who asked by his mate to be Bestman, suddenly realises the gut wrenching fear that he will have to stand up and give a witty and funny speech to a room full of people he doesn't know without insulting anyone and causing a riot! The circumstances here are that I had to deliver the "Father Of The Bride" speech for my sister in law and her new husband. My father in law died unexpectedly only a few months before the wedding. My sister in law is Scottish (from Arbroath) and her new husband is English (from Herts.)The wedding happened to fall on St Andrew's day.
