Wedding Speeches

May I thank everyone who gave me ideas on which to base my speech. I can only echo the advise given by others and especially about memorising your speech. It certainly gives you confidence when you eventually have to stand up. Good luck with yours and enjoy the moment

I was nervous about the speech the day before the wedding. But on the day you have so much to do that you don't have much time to think about it My tips: Speak slowly, its very easy to just rattle through it! I read from the paper, but made sure to look up as often as possible and try and give eye contact with most people in the room Practice, practice and practice until you are sick of hearing it!

My speech I am (hopefully) going to deliver on my wedding in July. Any suggestions to make it better would be appreciated.
