Just wanted to thank you for an excellent site so I am offering the speech I used on 22nd September when I was a very nervous best man! Most of the speech has been taken from other contributors to your site but there are hopefully some additional bits and pieces that others can make use of.

I was so lucky, my groom speech went down a storm last month – I couldn’t have wished it to go any better. It’s ideal for dad’s remarrying. Its quite personal but should be easy to adapt. The trick with it was creating the ‘rollercoaster’ of emotions flitting from happy to serious to romantic with a little teasing. The style kept people interested, they laughed and cried!

Please see attached speech which I presented at my brother’s wedding on Saturday 14/10/06. I was of course the best man along with his best friend Andrew &amp we would like to share this with other people for future reference as some of our material we poached from other speeches that were listed on your site. Our parts are shown. I would also just like to say a big thank you for the help &amp information we got from using your website &amp I would definitely recommend this site in future!!
