Ivy White are an award winning wedding stationery company based out of Windsor, Berkshire. Company Owner and Graphic Designer Rachel is passionate about helping couples to express their unique style through their wedding stationery. Rachel garnered a wealth of experience while working in design agencies before founding her own full-time design business in 2013. Since then, she has worked with many couples to create their dream invitation suites, day-of stationery, and much more.

Many exquisite finishes are possible; hot and digital foiling, lined envelopes, printed and hand-addressed envelopes, wax seals and ribbons to name just a few, Ivy White can work with a huge range of briefs and budgets, often working from client consultations. Rachel prides herself on her excellent customer service, ease to order, and making the process fun for her customers.

Services Offered

Ivy White offers an extensive collection of pre-designed invitations that couples can choose from, or simply use as the basis for their design. Rachel also offers a bespoke design service, which combines your ideas and inspiration with Rachel’s skills and expertise to create your ideal motif or design. A digital proof of your design will be supplied electronically for you to review and amend if desired. Once you are happy with your final style, your design will be printed on high-quality card by a professional UK print company. Rachel can also design an array of on-the-day stationery to match your invitations. Available products include:

Beautiful stationery and a dream Stationer to work with!

I could not recommend Ivy White Designs more! Rachel is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is quick to respond and was so helpful along the way, including being patient while we worked out which invitation design and finishes we wanted! We went for a predesigned invite from her range and absolutely love our finished result! Even though predesigned, Rachel was so flexible in adding a few tweaks and finishing touches to the design and also gave us advice on what would work well or not! Upon receiving our invites, Rachel popped in a hand written thank you and extra gifted set- she really did make our experience special!

Nothing was too much trouble

Rachel is amazing! She created the most beautiful invites and helped make suggestions for styles and fonts so we could collaborate to make them perfect which they were! She even made sure to check in with us months afterwards to make sure there was nothing else we were struggling with that she might be able to help us with.

Beautiful designs

Rachel has designed our Wedding Invitations for our big day in July 2023 and they are fantastic everything we wanted and more. I first met Rachel at a Wedding fare at Great Fosters Hotel earlier on in the year and it was lovely to meet with her in person, several months later I reached out to Rachel to start designing our invitations and the process from designing them to the finished product was very straightforward, really quick lead time and our invitations were beautifully wrapped and presented on delivery. I am looking forward to working with Rachel again for our 'on the day' stationary. Rachel is very friendly, approachable and always comes back to you within a timely manner with the answers to any questions you might have :)

Valentina Collection

We ordered our invitations in the style of the Valentina collection which Rachel amended to fit our wedding theme colour (lilac). They are absolutely beautiful and I love seeing our guests open them. Rachel was really accommodating and answered any questions we had. We will be going back to order our on the day stationary nearer the time so it all matches and I can't wait to see it all!

First class quality and service

My fiancé and I knew we wanted high quality bespoke wedding invitations and Rachel went out of her way to deliver this for us. She talked us through the process of what to write on the invites as well as details card.
