When do I need to start thinking about my wedding invitations?

We recommend sending wedding invitations between 3 and 6 months before your wedding day. Factors to think about are menu choices and whether you need to know your guests' food options, accommodation, and whether you need to book rooms, etc. Try to give yourself as much time as possible, but also give your guests enough time to respond!

Is there a required minimum order?

There is no required minimum order when placing an order with Jeccabox.

How much is postage and packaging for orders?

Postage and packaging are always included in the quote provided. All quotes are bespoke to you, meaning better value for each customer who orders with us.

What are the forms of payment?

BACS currently makes payments, and payment terms are a 50% deposit to secure the order and a 50% remaining payment upon design approval (unless the order includes a full invitation suite, then I'll break this down further to suite you!). We design until you are 100% happy so you can have the perfect outcome when working with Jeccabox.

What is the charge for national mailing?

Postage and packaging are always included in the quote. All quotes are bespoke to you, meaning better value for each customer who orders with us. If you would like us to send out your invitations for you, that's no problem at all, and a price can be given within your quote.

Does the invitation cost also cover the printing?

Yes, all quotes cover design, printing, envelopes where required, and delivery to you.

Is there a limited selection of invitation styles, or can they be customized?

All quotes are bespoke so that a new design will be created with each order. However, if you love a design of ours, we can use elements or all of it.

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?

There is no minimum order with Jeccabox, so there is no charge!

What are your delivery times?

Our turnaround time is around 6-8 weeks, but we can often work quicker if needed, so just let us know your deadline when you contact us.

Do you do national mailing?

If you want us to send out your invitations, that's no problem. A price can be included in your quote.

What other services do you provide?

Jeccabox supplies all aspects of wedding stationery, from save-the-dates to invitations to all on-the-day stationery and thank-you cards thereafter. We also create personalised cards and party stationery. If you can't see a piece you're looking for within our photos, don't worry! We can discuss your requirements with you and work with our brilliant printers to fulfill them.

What kind of printing do you offer?

We offer printing on a wide range of card stocks and metallic foiling. Foiling is done on one side of the piece of stationery and can be done in gold, silver, copper, rose gold and holographic. At this time, personalised pieces cannot be printed in foil.
