With their national mailing service, this team can cater to couples throughout the entire United Kingdom.
Services Offered
The Illustrated Invitation understands that every couple is different, and offers total flexibility with colours, fonts, and wording to ensure that your stationery complements your style and theme. Upon request, couples can receive a sample pack, as well as a product proof before their commission is confirmed. Staged orders are possible, allowing you to order save-the-dates and invitations well in advance of your big day, and items such as place cards and seating plans closer to the time. Catalogue of choices
Lead time:
Well we are always very busy and would advise very early booking. If we have your sketch on file, proofs will be within a week but commissioned sketches can take a few weeks to complete
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
We do not have a minimum. If you are having an intimate wedding with your closest friends and family, we would love to play a part in making that extra special
What are your delivery times?
We are flexible and appreciate that at times we need to act fast for those last minute orders and changes. Normally we supply our orders within two weeks of full approval and satisaction with proofs
Do you do national mailing?
Yes
What is the charge for national mailing?
It is usually between £5 - £10 depending on weight and service (i.e. next day delivery)

We are a small family business and as much as we would like to say 9-5 Monday to Friday - in reality we love what we do so much, its our passion and we work around the clock!
What are the forms of payment?
We accept a small deposit up front and then the remainder will be due only when you are completely happy with your hard + soft copy proofs. We accept standard bank transfer

Intimate Wedding Invites
Rachael was so helpful in putting the invites together and her constant commitment to quality through the process is exceptional. Whilst we only needed a few invites we feel the investment was well worth it as the results are stunning.

Excellent service and beautiful stationery
Rachael created a range of stationery for our wedding. Order of service, personalised menus, place cards, and table numbers. She also printed our vows and readings. Quality was important to us and it did not disappoint. The card was beautiful. The font style and colour complemented our venue. We were so thrilled. Everything arrived wrapped in tissue in a box - it was all part of the experience. Rachael was so patient with us. For the quality it was outstanding value. She hadn't worked with our venue before so we commissioned illustrations. They have recently arrived, mounted and are beautiful. A lovely reminder of the stationery. This is 100% company for all stationary needs!
We chose The Illusrated Invitations originally for our wedding invites and after seeing the standard and quality of these decided to use her for all of our wedding stationary!
Racheal was so helpful and guided us through our choices making sure the invites and stationary were the best they can be! She was very thorough and picked up on mistakes that we had made which could have lead to errors!

Perfect experience from start to finish and beyond!
This company was superb from start to finish and beyond! Raechel was nothing but professional, friendly and super helpful! She went above and beyond to makesure my wedding stationary was perfect and exactly what I wanted! Always responding to messages and offering advice. Designs were classy,beautiful and personalised to my requirements. Samples were sent super speedy for me to check before printing. The quality of the stationary is second to none! My guests were wowed by our invitations and then with our menus and table numbers. I have been soo impressed and happy with this company and the service I have received throughout that I will also be ordering my thank you cards with them as I don't want to use anyone else! Highly recommend for any special occasion.

Best Wedding Stationary Company - 5 ⭐️
Jamie & Rachael made it so easy for us with choosing designs for our wedding stationary. There was nothing that was too much trouble & they were both so lovely to deal with throughout the whole process! We discovered them at our Wedding Venues fayre, Clevedon Hall and we would highly recommend them!

Simply amazing
The Illustrated Invitation were brilliant to work with. The quality of the work is outstanding and Rachael was a pleasure to work with. We had to change a number of things at the last minute and reprint a few bits, always the case I know. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was very happy to have worked with her and Jamie. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them should anyone ask, they really do create something which is individual to you as a couple and it really adds a uniqueness to your wedding.

Exceptional Service
Rachael was the best wedding vendor I've worked with. While everyone took their time to reply, she was always prompt and very thoughtful. We had some last-minute guests for our wedding and she kindly offered to send me additional place cards free of charge. I can't recommend the The Illustrated Invitation enough. All the designs were classy and worth the price.

Fantastic company with beautiful products
We absolutely loved working with Rachael and Jamie, they were so helpful, so fast on responses, and the products are stunning. The invitations looked gorgeous, the table names and placenames looked so elegant, and the thank you cards are gorgeous 🥰
They were really helpful with suggestions when we needed support, and got back to us on every query very quickly, which is such a relief when you are racing around trying to make a thousand other decisions at the same time!

Above and beyond
My now husband and I are so impressed by the service we received. We had been let down by another company so had a very tight timeframe and Racheal and Jamie worked with us to get the invites to us very quickly.
The packages offered are excellent value for money and well thought out. The customer service was excellent, even taking the time to reply to us on their daughters birthday which is above and beyond kind of them. The packing the invites were sent in was excellent too.
The invitations themselves were fantastic. Well made, brilliant quality and very classy. They set the tone for the rest of our wedding for quality! Our guests were all suitably impressed with them and we got many positive comments.
If you are looking for the Wow Factor for your wedding stationary this company is the one to go with. Glam without being too flashy, classy and elegant.

Visually stunning products!
Rachael at the Illustrated invitation has been very helpful and accommodating from the start. We needed to make some last minute changes with extra menus etc… and she went above and beyond to assist us with this. The process of having our venues sketched was very straightforward and we were able to be involved in decisions about the small details of the sketches. The final products are high quality and visually stunning! The stationary also arrived thoughtfully packaged. Everything ordered is exactly what we were looking for! They will make a lovely, unique addition to our wedding.

Lovely unique products and superb customer experience
We ordered wedding invitations from The Illustrated Invitation and were so pleased with them that we just had to order some of their framed sketches. These were personalised so we could give gifts to our parents and also keep one for ourselves. The framed sketches are lovely and our families really loved them.
Rachael was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our orders were perfect. Delivery was quick and Rachael kept us updated throughout the process.

Amazing service and product!
Without date our favourite pre-wedding day supplier! Our Orders of Service are absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachael and she was fantastic at suggestion formats and font colours to deliver the best result. It's been a pleasure working with them. Thank you!

A fantastic experience from start to finish
We got in touch with The Illustrated Invitation in early December and, even though it's an incredibly busy time of year, they were so efficient in producing our wedding invitations, patient with our requests for alterations and speedy with the turnaround of the end product. Highly recommend using their service.
