Leadtimes vary but as an example, all of my on-the-day signage will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks ahead of your wedding (once all of your timings and details are confirmed with your planner!)
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
I do not have a minimum order quantity for on-the-day signage. For other stationery items, please get in touch to discuss the minimum order quantity
What are your delivery times?

What is the charge for national mailing?
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items you are ordering as it is based on total weight. All items are sent fully-tracked by courier

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
However I am contactable outside of these hours and will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible
What are the forms of payment?
For on-the-day signage, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date. The final 50% is due 2 months before your wedding. The signs will be sent to you 4 weeks before your wedding
