Abbey Hill Golf Centre is an elegant wedding venue and golf club located in Two Mile Ash, Buckinghamshire. The seasoned staff here love helping couples plan and execute their dream celebrations. Clair Roberts, the dedicated in-house wedding coordinator, will provide guidance and assistance throughout the planning process and to the aisle. This expert and her team are prepared to go above and beyond to ensure the big day is nothing short of a resounding success.
Facilities and Capacity
At Abbey Hill Golf Course, couples have two fabulous event spaces to choose from. The first-floor Atrium Suite is perfect for civil ceremonies. It can also cater for a seated meal for up to 60 guests and 80 for an evening reception. The room has many windows and a skylight allowing ample natural light to flood into the space. The Fairway Suite is slightly larger and ideal for extravagant celebrations, with a guest capacity ranging from 90 people to 120, depending on the seating layout. Here, you can enjoy views over the 18th Green and the surrounding landscape and direct access to an expansive outdoor patio.

The perfect day
When we were looking at venues as first timers it was a minefield. Didn’t know what we needed, needed to do, which order to do things in etc etc, it was a never ending list and worry about anything and everything. We booked a visit at Abbey Hill Golf Center and everything was made simple. Everything was explained. Their price lists were there with no hidden costs etc. it was fair to say we made up our minds whilst in that first meeting that this is where our wedding was going to be.
Every meeting we had we were looked after like part of the family. They had all their own checklists and made sure we had everything our end up to date and basically were the best advisers for first timers, even just being able to call them for advise which they were always happy to help. Couldn’t have asked for better service from the wedding team.
On the day we had last minute changes due to guests but the team took the information and sorted it without any issues which made the day run smoothly. The day was amazing. We could not of asked for a better day. The team are with you every step of the way and just simply made my life so easy for the day. A day we will never forget and will always be greatful for the team in making our day the best day to remember.
We had nothing but positive feedback from family and friends quoting it was the best wedding they have been to!

Best Day Ever!
We had our wedding reception at Abbey hill last Saturday and it was perfect 😍we got married at a local church and had a slightly different idea of our reception as we wanted to have a slightly more laid back event. Clair worked with us from the start to get it exactly how we wanted. Unfortunately the weather meant we could not have the photos outside the church as we planned and the staff were amazing allowing us to move the reception forward an hour with only a few hours notice and ensured it was all ready so our guests were happy and comfortable even allowing us to do our confetti shots on the red carpet and letting us use the ceremony room for our couple shots. Luckily the weather improved so we could also get some lovely outside photos later on. The children present absolutely loved be able to play pirate golf and Some of the guests even got a tour on the golf buggies which they loved. The food (canapés bbq and mini desserts) was a big hit with everyone! Chris the DJ got our music tastes perfectly and we were all up dancing right until the end.
Also a massive shout out to Kye for being so kind and positive when I was panicking about the weather and Freya for helping it all run smoothly on the day. It honestly was perfect for us and we couldn’t have asked for anymore

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to the whole team at abbey hill golf centre for making our day so special day!
The whole team were attentive and caring and went above and beyond for ourselves and all our guests!
You all truly made our day and now I can say I had the most perfect wedding!

Perfect wedding day
We got married at Abbey hill on Sunday and it was just perfect . Freya looked after us on the day and she was fantastic from start to finish.
We had 73 guests so almost maximum . That’s a lot of people to take care of but the team did it perfectly. The food was amazing and so much of it that I didn’t get to even sample the buffet that looked equally as tasty .
Everything was spot on and I’d like to go back and do it again as it was the best day.

Perfect Fairytale Wedding
A huge thank you to Clair, Freya and the team at Abbey Hill for making our wedding day the perfect fairytale. The sun was shining and everyone was smiling, the food and service through out the day was above and beyond. The team made the venue look stunning, thank you all again for making our special day amazing :) x

Amazing day, amazing team!
A massive thank you to Clair and the team for a wonderful day! Freya was an absolute star and made sure the day was excellent. The staff were amazing and the food delicious. Abbey Hill run a tight ship and it showed on how well the whole day was organised. The little touches make a huge difference, being driven around on the golf buggy to get the best photos is a wonderful idea! We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to relax and enjoy the day, safe in the knowledge that every little thing was catered for. I would throughly recommend Abbey Hill. What a great team! Thank you Clair!

Magical day, magical treatments
Although the weather was very wet the staff at abbey hill did everything in their power to not let it dampen our day. Everything from planning to the big day was amazing. The staff was always super friendly and was always on hand to be helpful. Claire and everyone at abbey hill was amazing and worked extremely hard to give me and my husband the wedding of our dreams!

Our wedding day 25.08.23
Right up till the our special day was very good, Claire was amazing with all the details and paperwork we couldn't wait. Then the day was left in the hands of the staff and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was beautiful the food amazing we had great feedback from all our guests. I just wish I could re live it over and over

Abbey hill golf centre
We got married here in August 2023 and it was the most perfect day.
Everything run so smooth, the food was amazing. Some of our guests had different food requirements which were all met and all the guests said how impressed they were.
The gold buggy to the photo places was a nice touch with our 2 boys loved.
All in all we literally couldn’t have asked for a better day.

I had the best wedding day ever!!!
Deciding in January 2020 that we were going to get married in July 2020 I rang around many venues locally but Abby hill was the only one that could accommodate our requirement of 115 just for the day, let alone extras for the evening.
The staff at Abby hill were unbelievable in the plan, build up and actual day of my wedding, I could not have asked for any thing more from them. Claire was amazing at accommodating my fussy husband, made everything easy, and nothing was too much to ask for ( not even richmond sausages! ) with booking for 2020 and it being cancelled because of covid everything was stress free, calm and just generally smooth running! we rearranged for 2021 and it was the best day ever! especially after only coming out of lockdown on the 19th July, having a huge party on the 30th was just what everyone needed!
