Facilities and Capacity
Agriturismo & Casale San Galgano consists of an old farmhouse with two farmhouses between which opens a charming courtyard and, for this reason, can accommodate your event at any time of the year.
During the fair weather months, you can take advantage of the lovely gardens, the extraordinary quiet and the incredible natural setting offered in each season. Painted first by the bright green of the trees, then by the warm yellow of the fields' wheat and sunflowers, this area is perfect to set up your outdoor banquet. Alternatively, it is possible to opt for the beautiful indoor spaces, consisting of a cosy restaurant hall that can accommodate 60 to 90 people and a bright and spacious Event Hall, which can accommodate 110 to 120 people, depending on the chosen set-up. These two rustic buildings are surrounded by the array of colours and scents typical of the Tuscan countryside, lending themselves as an excellent plan B in bad weather while still providing spacious and distinct areas for aperitifs, dinner and after dinner. The charming Hermitage of Montesiepi, only a few steps away from the farmhouse, is available for couples who marry through a religious rite. To celebrate a civil rite, you can use the Abbey, which is about 50 meters from the farmhouse, while for a symbolic rite you can enjoy the beautiful garden that, during this type of function, seems to have been made especially to be the background of your most beautiful day.

A Dreamy journey
A year ago, we were lost, holding onto a dream of a wedding after a trip to Tuscany. A dream that was made possible ONLY thanks to Niko.
Right from the first emails, we hit it off. His advice, his organization, he clearly did a remarkable job.
Niko recommended all of our vendors. We have a saying back home, “we just had to put our feet under the table,” because it felt like everything was taken care of.
And indeed, everything went off perfectly. The staff was outstanding, the meal was absolutely delicious, all set in a magical location.
We were so lucky to have someone like Niko on our side.

24.06.23 Wedding of our dreams
From the very beginning of our communication with Niko, I was at ease that we were in good hands. His communication is impeccable with fast and comprehensive responses. We held a Pizza welcome party on the Friday, Wedding on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday.
The venue is beautiful, with recently redecorated rooms and air conditioning throughout. Bathrooms are modern with powerful showers and the bedrooms are comfortable. When we visited previously it was in the colder months, so when we arrived for our wedding and saw all the gorgeous flowers and fields in full bloom it blew us away. The swimming pool was a real hit with all our guests and was the perfect place to relax.
We cannot say enough good things about the food. Every meal we have eaten here has been gorgeous and the wedding day was no different despite having to cater for over 80 people. The pizzas on the Friday were delicious and kept on flowing until every person was full, the buffet during the aperitif was perfect with so much choice and kept all our guests full until the evening reception meal. Every single guest commented on how good the food was and it’s something everyone still talks about today!
The flow of the whole weekend and in particular on the wedding day was brilliant. I am someone who like to be in control, but I was able to sit back and enjoy it because I had total trust in all the staff. My bridesmaids even commented that I was so calm and its genuinely because I knew every detail was taken care of without me even having to think about it.
It’s difficult to express how grateful we are to Niko and all at Terre di San Galgano. They gave us the wedding of our dreams, a weekend with our friends and family that we will never forget, and we will cherish those memories forever. I can honestly say it was worth every penny and the only disappointment was that it had to end.
Our dream wedding 25.05.23
From the moment our wedding planner suggested it as an option, we loved it. The scenery and setting is so beautiful and compared to other venues in Italy, very good value for money (I was wondering what the catch is but I'm still yet to discover it!) We weren't able to visit before booking due to covid but Niko (the events manager) was in close communication with our planner to make sure our vision was in the planning. When we eventually were able to visit it was even more perfect than we had imagined.
On the big day we were welcomed by friendly staff and made to feel at home. The pizza dinner exceeded our expectations in terms of the amount and quality of the food. Everything on the wedding day ran smoothly despite very changeable whether. The team simply adapted to it and you never would have known that we had to revert to plan B due to a massive thunderstorm!
The food was delicious, many of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had. It was also served on time without any delay ( which has been an issue at other weddings I've been to). We also had MANY dietry requirements and the venue was able to accommodate without any issues.
The rooms in the hotel are also lovely and our guests, commented on how comfortable they were.
The swimming pool was a real winner with our guests who were able to enjoy it around the formal wedding event.
We really can't recommend this venue enough and would like to thank Niko and his team from the bottom of our hearts for helping us have the wedding of our dreams.

Perfect wedding location - highly recommended
We started with a pizza party (welcome dinner), wedding reception at the second day and a BBQ party (farewell dinner).
We both worked for the event industry before, and can truly say the service they offer on site is absolutely unique! (10/10)
The Event Planning Team, especially Niko, the Cook Andrea as well as the chef of service lucano and especially the owner Angela, we don’t know how to thank them for our wedding. They are very professional, open minded for new ideas and even make own ideas better.
Eventhough we thought we have planned and know everything, we had unexpected surprises that made the experience even more perfect.
