From our initial enquiry right up until the day of our Wedding Heather and the Team handled everything in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. There Communication was second to none guiding us through our preparation for our big day.

On our Wedding Day in addition to Heather a shout out goes to Stephen the Master of Ceremonies and Charlie who were exceptional managing our day throughout and to the Chef/Catering Staff providing quality delicious food.

Everything was amazing, the food, the venue. Everything, the staff were so friendly and did an amazing job on out wedding.

We chose Arta because of it's gorgeous decor and uniqueness and it tied in well with our engagement in Spain. Our coordinator, Heather was extremely good at communicating with us from the day we signed up and we were in no doubt that the day would go exactly how we wanted. The venue was also very accommodating of us and the multiple dietary requirements we had for ourselves and some of our guests. So many people told us what a lovely time they had had and what an excellent venue it had been. The staff are all very friendly and you can tell they have been doing this together for a long time. Where to start? We had a wedding cancelled abroad due to covid and felt a bit deflated. We eventually decided to have a wedding at home in Arta and all I can say is I am so happy the wedding abroad never happened. From the very beginning with initial enquires over email to the very moment before leaving on the night of our wedding was a dream.
I communicated with Heather the wedding co-ordinator to arrange a visit and from that first visit we where blown away. The courtyard in particular was exceptional, traditional Spanish setting and exactly what we wanted for a reception of 35.

We booked right away. Any time that arta had a wedding fayre, Heather would email and check if we wanted to come along which we did! Even after Heather kept us updated and said we could attend others if needed. Heather was so quick in her responses and no question I asked felt like it was silly, everything was covered off and I was confident in all our communication that the agreed actions etc would be carried out. thanks again Heather we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Next onto the big day! Our guests arrived and have commented on how welcome they where made to feel whilst we where getting pictures taken. Stephen the master of ceremony was outstanding!!!! The minute me and my husband arrived we were greeted with some fizz and anytime we had an empty glass (which was rare) Stephen made sure we where topped up. He was incredible. Several family members and friends have since specifically mentioned Stephen and how well he managed the day. Both sets of parents mentioned how well they were looked after and it was so good to see. Stephen was so friendly and we felt that he truly cared about our wedding day going smoothly and wasn’t just a tick box exercise. Stephen you truly are a credit to Arta and I can’t thankyou enough for making our day so special.
Another mention is Charlie who is another of the wedding co-ordinators, he was such a great help and was on hand for any requests or queries during the day and spoke to guests and just made everyone so welcome! He was so friendly and we really enjoyed speaking and dealing with yourself during our wedding plans and the big day.

We had our reception in the courtyard and then downstairs at night for our evening reception where approx another 100 guests attended. Just as the day – the night was the exact same service. No issues, no problems, just smooth from start to finish.

If you haven’t already done so I hand on heart with no hesitation recommend Arta as the place to host your wedding. The food is incredible, we had a tapa’s style dinner during the day and all our guests raved about this and how it wasn’t the usual wedding of some meat and vegetables. Particularly the deep fried aubergine!
The venue itself, is amazing, it felt like you where in another country and also we lost all sense of time due to how cosy etc it was. We had very merry guests at 3pm who thought it was late evening haha.
Lastly and the most important reason is the people. Having only been married the once I have nothing to compare to however I can honestly say this was truly the best service I have ever received in my life!

We had a perfect wedding at Arta. Heather, our wedding co-ordinator, was so helpful and responsive throughout, and no request was ever too much. The actual day was amazing: we were supported throughout, and the team were so professional and experienced. Everything went off without a hitch.

Arta itself as a venue is stunning. It's beautiful inside, and all of the candles made for a fantastic atmosphere. Being in the centre of Glasgow it was also very convenient. The food was absolutely delicious, too.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Arta.

We had the most wonderful wedding day at Arta. From a discrete frontage, what you emerge into would have your head convinced you're in a Spanish village rather than the busy city centre.
The venue is amazing, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to our guests. The ability to move from one area to another seemed to create different moods for each different part of the day. Check out Arta's website to see the fireplace area for the ceremony, the bar area where our guests could socialise for the drinks reception, then the gorgeous Courtyard for our meal, before going downstairs to Canvas for a high tempo ceilidh. Feedback from the guests was fantastic. Arta; it's Glasgow's Hidden Gem!

Planning a wedding is a process for everyone, planning a wedding in 6 weeks you would think is just crazy, planning an actual wedding a couple of days before Christmas - best decision EVER! Thanks to the amazing team at Arta. My new Husband and I decided we wanted an intimate winter wedding for our nearest and dearest, and we wanted something a little bit different, a venue that was cozy, unique and non traditional, and then we found ARTA, this was the one and only venue we looked at, we knew it was the perferct venue for us as soon as we went for our 1st viewing and spoke to the wedding coordinator. From thisw point we were blown away with Arta, from the 1st meeting to the wedding day itself, there was nothing the team at Arta would not do for us, the wedding Co ordinator Heather was on the other end of an email for any questions we had, with quick responses to any requests we had, or changes we needed to make, nothing was a problem. Special thanks also goes to George the Operations Manager who is absolutely outstanding at what he does, the thing we loved the most was how easy and relaxed they made everything seem, it didnt feel like simply another transaction, it felt like they genuinely wanted to look after us to enure that we had the best day possible. The wedding day was incredible, exactly how we imagined it would be and more! from the moment I arrived I was well looked after, and there was always a glass of prosecco on hand for me (always helps) the venue looked stunning, very Christmassy and and cozy winter vibes was the theme, and every candle was lit haha. We were married in the courtyard which looked stunning, plenty space for up to 40 guests, the wedding meal was outstanding, our guests all commented on the quality and timliness of the service, everyone loved it, the host with the most has to be Steve who was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and he certainly knew how to get the party started, all the bar staff and everyone working at our special day were all fantastic - so in a nutshell I would absoloutely recommend ARTA 1 million percent for a wedding, I wish we could do it all over again as it really does go by too quickly, thank you Arta, you did not disapoint. Wow, where to start! We had the most magical wedding day at Arta. We planned the wedding in under 3 months and Heather and the team were amazing throughout. The venue is beyond stunning, food was brilliant and everyone had the most fantastic day. No complaints whatsoever, was more perfect than we could of ever imagined. We loved every moment of it and wish we could do it again. Couldn’t recommend Arta more for a wedding venue!

John & I enjoyed a wonderful wedding day and night in Arta. The service was exemplary and the staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. A particular thank you to Stephen, who was checking in with us throughout the whole celebration, to ensure we were happy with everything and to inform us of the ongoing plans for our day/evening. Arta is an absolutely amazing venue in Glasgow. It’s bright, colourful and filled with flowers, giving the impression of being abroad!

The wedding team, lead by Heather are fantastic. Our day went SO smoothly, and I honestly didn’t feel stressed one, which is exactly what I wanted on our big day.

The food is great, the team are great and the location is great.

Recently had our wedding in Arta and cannot recommend it enough! Heather was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing from start to finish. The food was phenomenal and all of our guests commented on how lovely it was. The staff were so accommodating with all my guests and every single staff member was so friendly. The actual venue is stunning and so many people commented that it was such a unique place to get married.

We want to thank all the staff who worked day and night and tirelessly to make our wedding memorable, not just for us but for our guests; who have raved about the venue and the tremendous atmosphere that was created on the day to make it special in so many ways. A special shout out to Heather, Andy, Stephen, Charlie & Christy - you guys were immense and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The kitchen, bar and waiting staff did a great job too and to such a high standard. We will continue to blow Arta’s trumpet wherever we get the chance to do so; as many of our guests will also do. Finally, we were also touched by the kind gesture/gift of a return meal around the anniversary of our wedding day. Can’t recommend the team at Arta enough. We had a small ceremony at the City Chambers then had our reception in the Red room. The communication has been amazing throughout and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day and everything ran smoothly. I’m 8 months pregnant so being able to put my trust in the team at Arta to organise everything really helped take the stress off of me. Can’t thank them enough

We had our wedding here on the 6/8/23 and Wow what a day! It was absolutely beautiful the venue it’s self is breathtaking and the staff where outstanding! From the day we booked Arta the planning process was a breeze Heather has been an absolute dream to work with nothing has been a problem even when I emailed her in a panic as the cycling world championship was on that weekend and my transport cancelled she kept me calm and allowed me and my bridal party to get our dresses on at the venue saving us from being late and taking the stress off me completely. Stephen the co-ordinator had everything running like clockwork on the day he made sure David and I knew what was happening next made sure we took Time just for us to take it all in and kept our guests informed the whole way through! The cake came in sections which was a surprise to us and we thought one of the bridal party would have to get time during the day to do it but Heather did an amazing job getting creative putting it together and the end result was outstanding!!
The food was fantastic the atmosphere was out of this world and as a whole our day was more amazing and beautiful than we could have ever imagined!
Thank you to everyone at Arta every member of staff that was there bent over backwards for us and we are truly grateful for everything. I just wish I could go back and do it all again ❤️

We had a great experience with George and the team. The venue is beautiful, the service is great, all staff were very helpful. They accommodated our half Asian half Scottish wedding with no hassle. A couple of things needed amended on the day and George made sure it happened. I would say you would want George at the venue on the day of the event, he seems to have a bit more experience. Overall great venue.
