From the first time we walked in, the staff were all amazing. They helped us with EVERYTHING, We never felt like we were just another couple on their schedule, they really made us feel like our wedding was super special and always made us feel like nothing was ever too much.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better day. Our guests had a an incredible time and the food was to die for, we didn't have to stress about a single thing, and the memories we made will last a lifetime.

We booked our wedding for March 2024 back in October 2022 at Audleys Wood. We just had that feeling as soon as we had driven up the driveway! Considering it’s in Basingstoke you wouldn’t think it at all in the grounds/ hotel. All the people at Audleys were great considering how many questions I asked in the process! Charlotte was great as was our toastmaster on the day David. We had lots of changes which were accommodated well and the day went about as smoothly as it could have considering the horrendous weather! The bridal suit and honeymoon suit included in our package made everything easier and considering I ran out of time on the day to pack things up everything was moved between rooms. I highly recommend Audleys Wood Hitel for your wedding. Our day was just perfect. The staff were kind and efficient. The food was lovely, especially the beef! The venue is stunning. We got married in the conservatory and all our guests commented on how lovely it is. I cannot fault anything about the place. Thank you for wonderful day. We always say it was perfect!

This was such an amazing venue! We booked early July 2022 (for a wedding Oct 2023) and we had such a quick response from the wedding planning team at Audleys wood. We toured around the venue and then we decided to book. The team was excellent at replying to hundreds of my questions and were really clear about timelines and everything that needed to be done. We had a food tasting in March which was a lovely experience and made our food choices much easier. As our guest count was over 60 the hotel provided a toastmaster to help run the day and David was amazing. He handled everything and helped our day run perfectly.
Both of the suites we had during our stay were amazing and really made the weekend even more magical and memorable.
I originally fell in love with the conservatory room and it was even better than I could have imagined on our wedding day. This venue is truly special and the staff made the day so wonderful, I couldn't recommend it more!

When my now husband and myself arrived to Audleys Wood Hotel, we knew it had to be the one. This hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens which would make a gorgeous background for any wedding. After speaking to Zoe I was sold. I visited 13 venues before going to Audleys and the level of service she provided from day 1 was second to none. I could write a whole book about how accommodating, friendly, efficient, attentive to details, among others she is. Zoe helped us to plan our dream wedding and we’ll be forever grateful to her. Unfortunately due to covid, we had to change our wedding date 3 times and Zoe was always there for us to help plan everything each time.
Leading to the big day and on the day I couldn’t have felt more taken care of. Zoe and her team knew more details than myself and they were in charge of everything. In the fear of one of my suppliers not making it on the day, Zoe told me she would resolve any issues if needed and I couldn’t have felt more confident of that. I had quite a few people coming from abroad and they helped each one of my guests. Some of my guests had special needs and nothing was an issue for them and they even went the extra mile to make them feel even more comfortable.
All guests loved the wedding and the ones who stayed over said that they would definitely go back. I know we will for sure!
Moreover, my guests from abroad were delighted to have experienced such an incredible time in a quintessential British venue and that memory will stay with them forever!

We got married at Audleys Wood Hotel in march, and the whole experience was terrific from start to finish. Neil's pre-wedding meetings were brilliant, and I would recommend Neil to anyone. He is a massive asset to the company.

My dad and I stayed the night before the wedding and were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We also had the chance to view the beautiful garden pavilion on the day, and all of the team were communicated with to ensure our needs were fulfilled for our special day. On our wedding day, the staff welcomed and accommodated all of our wedding parties. Nothing was too much hassle. Everyone greeted us with a smile and asked if everything was going well. The food and drink were exceptional, with perfect portion sizes and catered for all. The rooms are so elegant and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are very well looked after. Overall I would highly recommend this venue and have done it already to friends who are in the search for their wedding venue.

On our wedding day the staff were welcoming and accommodating to all of our wedding party. Nothing was too much hassle, everyone greeted us with a smile and asked if everything was going well. If we had any issues they would be promptly be sorted. The food and drink was exceptional, very good portion sizes and catered for all.

The rooms are so elegant and very spacious. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very well looked after.

Overall I would highly recommend this venue for any function/event.

If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would select it. We knew when we booked our wedding in the summer of 2020 that COVID was not yet over but took the risk and it more than paid off! Fortunately for us we didn’t have to change our wedding date and there were no restrictions in place at the time. All the staff made the venue feel very welcoming, clean and safe each time we went there from the initial booking/viewing, right up to the day itself which was great as we were inviting elderly relatives and wanted them to enjoy the day but have peace of mind that they were safe too.

Our wedding co-ordinator Zoe was fantastic from start to finish, she was really easy to speak to, always available to speak to when we needed and was full of great suggestions and ideas for us which really helped the day be as magical as it could be, 11/10

Audleys Wood is beautiful, tucked away in a lovely woodland area with lots of various types of trees of many colours. Due to time of year we had the full autumnal experience which has really made our photos stand out, all the grounds are lovely and great to take a stroll round at all times of year.

The venue itself is something to behold, we had our ceremony in the conservatory room, with its tall peaked ceiling and floor to ceiling bay windows it was the perfect set up! It caters for many guests with lovely views of the grounds and woodland.
We had the evening reception in the pavilion which again was set up amazingly and very spacious, we especially liked having the seating, dance floor and bar all in one room so everyone was together, there was plenty of space to have extras such as a sweet cart, photo booth, treat and hot chocolate table and more!

The food here is second to none. We knew we were in for something good when we had our menu tasting, the variety of options is impressive, the presentation and taste of the food was flawless. We had over 70 day guests and all have said how good the food was, there was no waiting around and it didn’t feel like a production line either. To top it off the rooms here are lovely, even the smallest rooms are generously sized and all include breakfast as well.

I cannot stress enough how lovely all the staff were. Even the after service was fantastic and my father accidentally left his shirt in the room and didn’t realise until he got home, spoke to Kai on reception who promptly arranged for it to be mailed back to him and it arrived next working day.

If you’re looking for the perfect wedding at the perfect venue, I would highly recommend Zoe and her team at Audleys wood, they’ve been flawless throughout and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will definitely go back for the food again and hope to attend future weddings here too!

We initially picked Audleys for their stunning conservatory and pavilion. We have since been blown away with every detail of our wedding. From the planning services by Zoe, to the hotel staff, cleanliness of rooms, amazing food and organisation of the big day. We could not fault a thing! Nothing was too big a task and all staff were very accommodating.
We will definitely be recommending Audleys and will be back!

Myself and my husband finally had our big day on 29th July 2021 and were lucky enough to get married at Audleys Wood hotel.
Unfortunately it wasn’t a straight forward experience due to the COVID 19 pandemic; we were originally supposed to have our wedding day on 30th July 2020 but of course this wasn’t meant to be. This was obviously a stressful time but it was made so so so much easier by the amazing staff at Audleys wood hotel, in particular our wedding coordinator Neal who was there to answer any questions we had and provided us with reassurance every step of the way.
I cannot thank Neal enough for helping to make our wedding possible and for keeping us both so calm and reassured throughout the whole process.
The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect, our guests were extremely impressed with the beautiful venue and could see exactly why we fell in love with it. However, the main comments were regarding the staff, they were truly amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, they were all approachable, friendly and played such a huge part in making our day so perfect! A special thanks to Kai for going above and beyond, for being so friendly and super helpful! Also, a huge thank you to the wonderful chef for the beautiful food, the waiting/bar staff and of course the amazing manager on the day (whose name escapes me, sorry!!)
Our toastmaster Dave (whose services were included in our wedding package from the hotel) was also incredible throughout the day and worked tirelessly to ensure the day ran smoothly, Dave you’re a star!
All in all, we cannot recommend Audleys wood enough and are very grateful to them for giving us the best wedding day we could have hoped for.

We had our wedding here 26th August 2021 after rearranging the date due to Covid! Zoe was incredible the whole time from our first date in 2020 through to our actual wedding day in 2021. No question was too much trouble, and she made the process of getting married her so easy!

On the wedding day itself, every single member of staff was incredible. A special mention to Sam who is a real credit to the venue and was absolutely outstanding on the wedding day and ensured everything ran smoothly and was incredibly helpful right from the morning all the way through to midnight when the party ended!

The was insane and the Chef is the nicest man ever! Every single guest loved all the food, from the 3 course meal to the buffet in the evening!

We also had a private room for breakfast the next day at the venue as we had so many guests stay the night of the wedding! The private breakfast room really finished off the whole experience and really made it extra special for me and partner to be able to enjoy breakfast with all of our wedding guests before their departure!

I would definitely recommend this venue for any one that wants to get married all in one place and have a lush day that runs smoothly
