Welcome to Barn & Festival Weddings, an award-winning partnership between Wroxeter Weddings and Morrells Wood Farm near Leighton.

In the heart of Shropshire yet easily accessible from the Midlands, Manchester and beyond, Morrells Wood Farm is one of the region’s foremost countryside venues.

A working farm, we have fabulous airy spaces within our Wedding Barns and adjoining covered areas with sit down capacity of 150 and informal or evening space for 200.

Open sided during the summer and closed in the winter with roaring log fires, the Barns are just perfect for weddings throughout the year allowing you to make the most of the British countryside and bring the delights of any season straight into your wedding.

Our Events Field is a popular option for tented weddings with the added bonus that the Wedding Barns and covered space is included for backup and support. Any festival wedding needs campers and this too is included for guests with our festival options!

Whether you choose barn or festival, all of our packages include ceremony setup in the Stables or on our new Woodland Overlook outdoor platform. If a church wedding is your big dream, we have an abundance of gorgeous country churches nearby and enjoy a close working relationship with our local deanery.
