The team and facilities at Kingston Country Courtyard are fantastic! From our first visit, we knew this was where we had to get married. The grounds are stunning, and the main venue is beautiful, with so much space and opportunity to dress it as you wish. Plus having so much accommodation on site meant we could have our family stay together for 3 nights and make the wedding last even longer! During the whole run up to the wedding and on the day, my husband and I (and our guests) were blown away by how helpful, professional and friendly the whole team were. They went above and beyond with helping us to create our dream day and we honestly can not thank them enough. For anyone thinking of looking at or booking Kingston Country Courtyard, we can assure you, you will not regret it!

Claire you saved my sanity on the Thursday before the big day, offering a fantastic wet weather plan amidst my sheer panic. Mapperton provided the most wonderful setting. My husband and I cannot recommend the Tithe Barn in Symondsbury enough. The second that we walked into the barn we knew it was the perfect venue for us. The barn itself is stunning, and you are free to dress it however you like, which really appealed to us. The private garden is beautiful, both by day and by night. We got married in October and had an autumn theme, which looked stunning at the barn. Every single guest has told us how beautiful the venue was. Probably the best thing about the Tithe Barn is the incredible team that run the weddings. We initially met with Amy, who was amazing at helping us understand how the day could run and what we wanted. I don't remember her ever saying that anything we wanted would be a problem. Once Kirsten joined the team at Symondsbury Estates she became our wedding coordinator, and we could not have asked for anyone better. She genuinely cared about our day as much as we did! We did not worry about a thing on our wedding day as we knew Kirsten had everything in hand. Everything went exactly to plan on the day thanks to her. In all our experience at the Tithe Barn was perfect. We had the freedom to do things our way but with the support of an amazing and experienced coordinator. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day.

We chose the Victorian Barn as the venue for our Wedding. They were able to host the Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception. As they are set up as self catering accommodation, our guests didn't have very far to go at the end of the night either. We had family travelling from long distance so this seemed like the perfect option. With exclusive use of the venue, you are safe in the knowledge that your friends and family are secure. The venue location is quite remote but part of the charm. Breakfast is provided as part of the room package, and we fed our guests for Wedding, but the only night not covered was the night before. So we travelled to the Green Man in Kings Stag - which we can also recommend. We got married mid-September and were very lucky with the weather, which helped highlight the beauty of the Barn and the surrounding areas. Penny was really helpful in the run up to the Wedding and on the day. I'm sure those guys were frantically running around in the background, getting things set up, but their 'management' was very subtle and everything just seemed to flow very smoothly. Would highly recommend this venue for your Wedding. All guests were very positive about the rooms - spacious, comfortable, so I can imagine that the accommodation would be very nice for holidays also.

My husband and I were married at the Abbey in Sherborne and had our reception at stockbridge Farm Barn. From the word go, the owner, Cherry, was totally on hand, helpful and nothing seemed to phase her or was too much. We adored the venue as it is so unique and just lent itself to our theme totally and the guests were blown away with the venue once it was decorated and ready to go. The service was amazing and we had some great caterers who worked well in the designated kitchen spot. The whole evening was fantastic and that was mostly down to the work that had gone into it from Cherry and her team of helpers. HUGE THANK YOU!
