Barn & Farm Wedding Venues in Scotland

We had our August wedding here at Silverwood. Jacqui was so kind and attentive throughout the planning process and was always on hand to speak to if needed. She really went above and beyond for us. The venue was absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted, with several compliments from our guests. Lodges were clean and comfortable. The grounds are well looked after and kept in good condition.

We got married at The Weaving Shed in August 2021 and it was the best decision we made. It is a hidden gem of a venue with nothing else like it in the area. Our guests absolutely loved the space & the vibe. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Rossie's layout is super versatile having a ceremony room, dance floor area, dining room and bar all in the same building. Not to mention the cozy cottages for us and our guests! The team (especially Scott - venue manager) at Rossie is an absolute dream to communicate with! Super efficient and they made this day perfect by making sure everything is working as it's meant to be! Thanks a million!!!

We got married at Harelaw in May and the whole process from planning and preperations to the day itself was ideal. The venue is beautiful, with everything you need on site (including accomodation for main party) and they are very willing to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, with plenty of opportunities to put our own stamp on the day. We had regular meetings with the venues own wedding co-ordinator who was a great help in making sure we had considered everything, and kept everything running on the day. The food was incredible - many of our guests are still talking about it - and the portions were more than generous. They also make sure that food is local and sustainable. 10/10 would recommend. Everything went perfectly to plan for us and we had an incredible day, largely thanks to the venue and the atmosphere they provided.

Pratis and the team made our lives so easy in the build up and on the day. They catered for every tiny detail we wanted without fuss and made sure everything ran super smoothly. The food was exceptional and many guests told us it was the best wedding food they had eaten and the portion sizes were great!

Back in July Jamie & I celebrated our special day at The Dalduff Farm. From the minute it popped up on my Facebook as a sponsored post, I knew it was the place for us! So much so, we didn’t even bother looking at any other venues. There’s such a relaxed & warm atmosphere at The Dalduff. The staff are incredible, the day ran like clockwork, you don’t have to think or worry about a thing, as they are all over it! The food is incredible! We had the Healthy & Harty meal and it was out of this world. So many guests mentioned how delicious the meal was and beautiful the setting is. Thanks again to everyone at The Dalduff! Love the Monaghans ❤️

The most gorgeous venue with as much or little input as you wish. The yeam are there to answer all your questions ans i didnt think said no to anything. You can choose any vendor you wish, and they have some recommended suppliers of who have been there before and been great. You can have an indoor or outdoor ceremony and dont nned to decide until the morning of. So many rooms and spaces in and outside for photos and celebrating. There are lovely cottages for your bridal party. 2 beautiful yurts for a different but beaut 1st night as married couple. There's hot tubs at all the cottages and yurts. Could not wish for a more beautiful venue 😍

We planned our wedding from Australia so it could have been a really stressful process but the team at Kinkell Byre made it all so easy. The team are friendly, professional and highly organised and have a roster of excellent suppliers who know the venue inside out. The venue is so charming, offering incredible views, a beautiful orchard garden and if the weather doesn't behave, the interiors are all stunning too. We really loved that we could hold our ceremony at the Kinkell Byre too and that the inside and outdoor spaces provided a lot of contrast for our guests & photographer throughout the day/night. Simply wonderful!

I can’t thank Runningburn enough for an absolutely perfect wedding day. Their attention to detail is impeccable, they are incredibly helpful and will do absolutely anything for you (they even gave us a lift back to our hotel at 1.30am!). The venue is beautiful and the views are stunning. On top of all that, the owners are just the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I lost count of how many times I hugged Yvonne and told her I loved her! If you’re looking for a wedding venue, this is the place!

Where to start here I’m not sure ! Maybe with five stars ***** I cannot recommend Carrick Castle Estate enough. The lodge is out of this world beautiful. When you stay there it’s like a dream. We stayed 4 nights over our wedding with our bridal party and used the houses around for our families. Hannah and Darius are so warm and welcoming that it really puts you at ease. Not only is the Lodge beautiful but it comes with the best hosts! There was nothing better than sitting out the back balcony that over looks the mountains on the morning of my wedding, having a few glasses of fizz watching the birds of prey. The beauty of scottish wilderness and wildlife right there while you are in the comfort of the Luxury lodge. The whole process of wedding planning was very easy and hannah was helpful in every way she could be. There were so many options for us on the day! We had such a great time and the weather was great so we got our outdoor wedding! Darius even took us both up the hill in the tank to get some cool photos. Legend! We already can’t wait to go back up to the lodge. Thank you to the Carrick Castle Team for not only the best day but the best 4 days of my life! The new Mrs Jones xxx
