From the moment we stepped foot in Farbridge, we knew it was the one. After visiting many local venues, there was something different and subtlety special about Farbridge. From its beautiful setting within the Southdown’s, to the gorgeous barn itself, it was simply our perfect wedding venue. All the staff have the finest attention to detail throughout the whole process, we had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie and Eleanor during the planning stages and we were definitely in safe hands. Having never been to a wedding as adults we were very green going into the process and barley knew where to start. Ellie and Eleanor guided us through the process and held our hand when ever we needed it, with attentive replies to messages and all the venue visits we needed. Something we loved in particular was the tasting evening hosted by the Farbridge staff, the barns were set and dressed as they would be on a wedding day. The execution of the whole evening gave us the ultimate confidence in all the staff and especially the chefs in the kitchen, as the food was simply incredible. It was also a great time to meet other couples who had chosen Farbridge and get some ideas from them for the big day. Nothing felt set in stone and the staff couldn’t have done enough to make sure the day was exactly as we wanted it and had to be done their way which we felt at some other venues. The menu was completely bespoke to us, timings throughout the day were flexible and the décor could all be changed to just as we wanted. Our actual wedding day was nothing but perfect. Ellie and the team saw our vision and created it, removing all of the stress from our big day. She dealt with a last minute change to our guest list as if it was nothing, as well as organising all of the suppliers on the day. We were absolutely speechless when we first saw what they done with the barns and the seamless transitions throughout the day just ran perfectly smoothly, we can’t thank them enough. We also have to give a special shout to Julie for making sure we felt no stress before the guests arrived on the day, she made sure the boys were all dressed on time and had the buttonholes ready and that the bridal party had everything they needed whilst getting ready. We truly believe that our calm and little to no stress approach to the wedding day is largely down the team at Farbridge and the confidence we had in them to deliver the perfect day. We have had so many amazing and heartfelt comments from guests about how amazing and beautiful the day was, so thank you to Farbridge for making our day and whole experience everything we could have dreamed off and more.

Booked the Yoghurt rooms for our wedding this summer. The venue were extremely accommodating to our wants and needs. The beautiful barn, stretch tent, vinyard, camp ground and bandstand provided the basis for a beautiful wedding but also enabled us to dress it up and make it our own. Of course we couldn't have done this without the help of Laura and co. who work at the farm and helped bring it all together. Can't recommend enough if you want a venue designed around your tastes in a beautiful setting.

The team at Southlands are absolutely incredible. From the moment we contacted them to our big day they couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They provide such a personal experience and are genuinely the loveliest people. We could not recommend them more and wish we could do it all over again! (The venue is also absolutely stunning!!!)

Wow what a wonderful venue for our celebration! The views are stunning and the team are amazing and made everything run like clock work on the day! The lead up to the day was perfect! They were so helpful every step of the way! They have a great relationship with some suppliers which was also incredibly helpful! Everyone said how stunning the venue was!!

We had the most perfect day thanks to the organisation of the AMAZING team at Field Place and cannot thank them enough!

We got married in Haylands barn in June and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The setting was absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed the flexibility to use the space in our own way. Our guests were in awe at the views and the beautiful flint barn.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our Wedding at the beautiful Chidham Barn on August Bank Holiday. The rustic barn, the field and the views were all incredible. Not only did our guests compliment the venue, but even our caterers commented on the set up and location. Being allowed to hire the barn from the Friday to Sunday was a huge benefit, it allowed us time to set up and decorate the barn with little to no stress. Susan was so helpful and supportive throughout every stage of planning. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. For any couples looking for a beautiful rustic barn with gorgeous views, you will not regret viewing and booking Chidham Barn! 😊

You'll be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful wedding location in the south of England - especially on a warm and sunny August day. The Dorset House team were exceptionally accommodating and attentive from the moment we made contact - even answering our texts and emails at 10pm on a Saturday night. The photos of the venue speak for themselves: this is an idyllic, picturesque location with lots of space that’s far away from busier rural areas, so it not only feels safe and secluded, but you feel like you have access to the entire venue. It was also very good and safe for young kids and dogs. We got married in the adjacent church, and there’s a walkway round the back which allows direct access for guests, which was very helpful for older guests who couldn’t walk far. We also made use of the pub in Bury for those final celebratory drinks before getting hitched. The two large rooms at Dorset House allow for space for meals and partying, without having to put tables and chairs away throughout the day. There are also many photos opportunities across the grounds, almost all of which was open on the day, and we also made use of the bank next to the river, for the bride-groom shots. We’d thoroughly recommend Dorset House to anyone looking to create a personalised, special, and unforgettable day. The service was impeccable and the Dorset House team were always welcoming and in constant communicable contact, which made those final few days leading up to the wedding that much easier. We had an amazing day at Long Furlong Barn. Vikki & James made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful and the day went perfectly. Circa, the exclusive caterers to LFB, did a fantastic job serving delicious food and looking after us so well. We would totally recommend Long Furlong Barn!

Highdown vineyard was a wonderful venue to have our reception at, Paul was so helpful in the run up to the wedding and on the day his team were also fantastic. The food was lovely, everyone had a fantastic day, thank you.
