A historic location, the Beaconsfield Gallery site was once Lambeth Ragged Schools and is now transformed into an impressive art space. With its raw, urban Victorian railway arch aesthetic and fantastic height and volume, this venue would be a memorable spot for your wedding celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity

The spectacular Upper Gallery, perfect for large wedding parties, is awash with natural sunlight and protected by seven-metre walls with tall arched windows. It features preserved original raked wooden floors and can easily accommodate up to 100 seated and 150 standing guests. The Lower Gallery is suitable for both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations. It is surrounded by white walls, with distinctive cast iron pillars and Crittall windows. Complete with exposed brick walls, high ceilings and concrete floors, the Arch Space is also available for weddings and can be accessed through the yard. This impressive room seats 300 guests and can have 400 standing. Both galleries and the Arch Space can accommodate sit-down occasions, standing, and dancing. Outside, a beautiful, award-winning garden is available for use when you book any of the galleries. Here, you can set up a marquee for catering or allow guests to mingle and relax beneath the beaming sun.
