Our name is drawn from a local Copper Mill, which rolled the copper sheets to be turned into Walthamstow Penny coins back in the early 1800s.
With a total capacity of 1400, our enormous venue boasts the UK’s largest Beer Hall, a hugely versatile event space, and one of the largest beer
gardens in London. Big Penny Social is located just a few minutes walk from Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line + Overground).
