We recently had a small Registry office wedding in Stratford upon Avon and decided to book Billesley Manor for our intimate wedding meal and celebration for 14 guests. We had a fantastic wedding day at Billesley. From our pre stay there, breakfasts, dinners, afternoon tea, Spa treatments to our fabulous wedding celebration the staff there made it such a perfect time for us. Wanted to especially thank Laura who co-ordinated the day and Michael who served us our wedding meal - he made us all feel so special and was so attentive. Thanks also to all the other staff in the reception, bar area and restaurant you are all such a friendly, helpful bunch. Love Billesley Manor it is such a special place to celebrate your wedding or just to stay for a few days - everyone there makes you feel so at home ❤️

The hotel is special. Beautifully and sympathetically decorated, it kinda gives you a hug and makes you feel at home. The staff are excellent and couldn't have supported or made us feel more at home if they tried. We both wish we could do it all again with Laura , Fran ,Viv and their team. 1st Class

We had a fantastic day, we stayed the night prior and they got the function room ready early so I could decorate it the night before instead of on the day. Viv was the best part of our day, she could not have done more and even after we got home when I noticed she had signed the guest book. The only downside side was the hotel had started their refurbishment so the bridal suite wasn’t ready.

I just wanted to write and say a massive thank you to you and your amazing team of staff at Billesley for making Amy and Phils wedding such a special occasion on Saturday. Firstly , thank you for listening and help with the planning for the big day this really helped Amy and Phil and gave them confidence that the day was going to go smoothly which it did . Guests throughly enjoyed the whole experience, and those who stayed absolutely loved the huge comfortable beds , the spa and the spectacular grounds of the hotel was the feed back we received .

I would like to say a special mention and thank you goes to Vivienne for her first class service throughout the day and evening . She truly is an excellent member of your staff who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and ensures everything runs smoothly. She put the bridal party at ease and was reassuring at the right time. Billesley are very lucky to have such a hard working professional member of staff who is worth her weight in gold to any company.

Secondly , I wanted to say thank you again for going the extra mile with the medical issue we had that was truly such a kind thoughtful thing to do and we really appreciated it . We are happy to say after 2 doses of capol little Jack managed to take to the dance floor for an hour . Hopefully in a few days he will be back to himself . Lesson learnt always keep some sachets of capol in your bag at all times !!

Thirdly thank you for arranging the beautiful weather the day could not have been more perfect.

We will be visiting Billesley again to use the spa facilities , bar and restaurant when we can so may see you when we visit from time to time .

I recently had my wedding at the Billesley Manor and I cannot recommend enough. The wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the team, they took care of all the final details on the morning of the big day so I could relax and get ready - everything was perfect.
The wedding reception and buffet on the evening were delicious, our guests had the best time and said it was one of the best weddings they have been to.
The beautiful gardens lead into the reception room, making the day run smoothly.
The rooms at the Billesley manor are so grand and have so much history it is really is an exquisite place. I will definitely be back for a stay soon.

Naomi and the entire staff at Billesley Manor could not have been more helpful. On the day of our wedding the weather was very changeable and the team rallied to switch from outside in the topiary garden to the Stuart room that was beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue.

We were one of the unlucky couples where covid affected our wedding date. The staff at Billesley Manor were fantastic from the moment we booked. They were proactive and helped us with rescheduling.

Staff were accommodating and informative when we asked them questions.

We were never made to feel like our wedding was any less important than a larger wedding. We were never rushed and someone was always on hand to help.

The staff were friendly, helpful and reduced stress by doing the small jobs without us ever having to ask.

The grounds and rooms are beautiful and perfect for wedding photos. The beds and baths were huge and luxurious in the suites.

The food was of very high quality and has left us dreaming going back for more. The chefs have put together an excellent and varied menu that satisfied all of our guests and their dietary requirements.

Wedded Bliss
We held are wedding at the Billesley Manor Hotel on Easter Monday and can honestly say that from the first contact with the Hotel and Naomi Wickes the Wedding Co-ordinator we could have asked no more. The service and advice we received was first class; the planning accurate and detailed; and the execution perfect. Our Wedding which was conducted in the Great Hall had 42 Guests, with a number staying overnight. Our day included the Wedding Ceremony; the Wedding Breakfast; and evening entertainment. An added plus is the fantastic gardens for the photos. Thank you Naomi and all the staff

We had our wedding at Billesley Manor, the staff, food, beautiful gardens made our winter wedding a day we will never forget. Naomi, and Vivienne were so incredibly helpful and attentive! highly recommend!

From the moment that we arrived at Billesley Manor for our wedding weekend we knew we were in safe hands. All of the communication prior to the wedding with the wedding planner Naomi was fantastic. During our stay we were looked after by all of the staff and nothing was too much trouble. Vivien and her catering team were brilliant and showed a genuine interest in our wedding celebrations. Our wedding day was out of this world and we wouldn't have changed a thing.

When planning our wedding we looked at a number of wedding venues. Our first choice was StanBrook Abbey because we heard so many good reviews about it. But after visiting Billesley Manor and meeting Naomi the Wedding Planner we soon changed our minds. We had a very warm welcome from Naomi and she came over as a very nice lady. Our first impression of the hotel was very grand. The grounds are very beautiful and hotel itself is filled with a lot of character. From the start to the end of our planning arrangement we felt at ease to call Naomi at any time if we needed to speak to her or ask for advice. She was very helpful, reassuring and always had a lovely welcoming professional manner. We were very happy with our wedding package – very reasonable considering the beautiful surroundings and the service we received.
Our wedding meal taster was arranged by Naomi carefully considering all of our personal meal requests and even making a lot of adjustments within our chosen wedding package to suit us and our guests, making sure we were happy. On the evening of our meal taster, the restaurant manager greeted us warmly and looked after us very well ensuring that the meal for our wedding breakfast was exactly what we wanted.
On our big day we were delighted to say, we had the most wonderful service from all the staff involved with our wedding breakfast. Everything was just perfect, we could not have asked for anymore from Billesley Manor and all of its staff. Accommodation excellent all in all a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend fora wedding.

We got married at the Billesley Manor Hotel on Friday 26th May 2017. They were one of the few venues in Warwickshire who were flexible and were prepared to design a bespoke wedding to fit around our requirements. We cannot fault the venue or the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, not forgetting the backdrop of the beauty and location of the setting.
