At the center of the restaurant's main hall towers the sculpture of a knight from which it takes its name. A wine press and an antique wagon decorate the “knight's hall,” while two other rooms, “the stable” and the “noble hall,” will be at your disposal to accommodate your guests.

In the outdoor part of Borgo Petrolo you can enjoy the aperitif or cake cutting in the tasting room known as “the wine cellar.”
