Facilities and Capacity
From your rehearsal vows to your last reception dance, Bourton Hall can accommodate every part of your once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Built in the Italian Renaissance style, the mansion has been welcoming visitors for generations. If you desire a traditional ceremony, then the beautiful former-catholic chapel is sure to impress you. Alternatively, you are welcome to pledge your love outside beneath the portico. After posing for photographs, you and your guests can venture into the Banqueting Hall for your wedding meal. The Draycote Bar and Disco is a wonderful spot for dancing the night away, boasting a well-stocked bar and a DJ booth.
Services Offered
Bourton Hall hosted its first wedding in 2020 and has been setting the scene for romantic celebrations ever since. You will be granted exclusive access to the whole property for the entirety of your event, while the staff will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition to its event spaces, the venue has a variety of luxurious en-suite bedrooms. Further features of Bourton Hall's service include a three-course wedding breakfast, unlimited venue visits prior to your event, and complimentary car parking.

A great Choice of Venue
We were married on 28th July 2024. What an amazing day we had at Bourton Hall. Could not fault it! The venue is so elegant! The grounds and views were to die for. The food was out of this world with so many choices and all cooked and served to perfection. Accommodation / rooms were plentiful and luxurious. Lovely to have a chapel on site too. We had the whole place to ourselves, we felt like royalty! Lots of varied rooms and areas for people to choose where they wanted to be after the wedding breakfast. We would choose the venue all over again!

Made to feel you matter
What a fabulous wedding venue! Because it's a wedding venue and not a hotel that holds the occasional wedding, they really focused on what was important and anticipated our every need. It's an elegant venue but with a comfortable feel to it. The team are incredibly accommodating and helpful and each couple is allocated their own personal wedding manager to guide them through the process and to make sure every detail is covered.
There's a beautiful chapel on site where non-religious ceremonies can be held - this was fabulous.
The food was plentiful and delicious - all our guests raved about it. Great choice of welcome drinks and canapes, wines and cocktails.
The grounds are gorgeous; a perfect backdrop for our October wedding.
The venue was exclusively ours and has beautiful bedrooms, including a huge, stunning bridal suite. Most of our guests stayed overnight and took advantage of the brilliant breakfast in the morning so it really extended the celebration.

Stunning wedding venue!
We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Bourton Hall and the service was superb throughout. The house and grounds are beautiful with amazing views to go with them. The staff were professional and helpful during the lead up to our wedding day and during the day as well - even when we had an emergency prior to the ceremony which caused delays, the venue staff were able to work around this to move timings back in order to allow all of our planned activities to go ahead and be fully enjoyed. All the food was delicious and we had a wonderful wedding day thanks to Bourton Hall.

Relaxed Venue
As the Bride and Groom we were made to feel like nothing was too much to ask and they couldn't do enough to make us feel special.
All the guests commented that it was one of the prettiest and most relaxed weddings they have been to.
We could not have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Bourton!

Out of this world
I had my wedding on 10/02/2024 I am so happy I chose this venue, It is really magical. My wedding manager was just the best! Emily went above and beyond to help me on my big day! I cannot thank her enough.
One of the main things about this venue is that t has its own chappel which is really special and makes you wedding seem more traditional, however there are more options/ rooms available. I wanted the wow factor and I got it.

Everyone commented on the food being really nice ( we had the lamb) The evening buffet was also great. I paid extra to have a meal created as having part of my culture within the food at the wedding was very important to me, they did not disappoint.
Emily was perfect in so many ways, she knew exactly my vision once i explained it to her and she made sure that it became real for me. She adapted parts of the day so that it would work better, for example bringing the canapes outside whilst photos where being taken. Helping me into my dress, looking after my phone just everything I needed she was there. She really worked hard to make sure it run perfectly and it did.

The perfect venue for the most perfect day!
We got married at Bourton Hall on 30th July 2023. It was the most amazing day ever! We are still receiving compliments from our guests on how stunning the venue was and the whole running of the day. This was 100% down to our wedding co-ordinator Harminder. He went above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. He literally could not have done any more! Thank you again Harminder!!

Qibble Quibble Quibble
Bourton Hall is a very new wedding venue and the inexperience shows. Most disappointing. You really do not want your memories of a very special day to be soured by the venue quibbling over the deposit.

Bourton Hall
This new venue is a must see if you are planning your wedding. It oozes class, the decor is amazing, grounds wonderful and the rooms bright, airy and full of history and features. The staircase is amazing. Delia is brilliant and very helpful. I'm so excited to be able to work with this venue providing Wedding Cakes x

Fabulous New Venue
Visited Bourton Hall and wow, an amazing new wedding venue.
The grounds are immaculate with spectacular views. Just loved The Chapel for a Ceremony. The Banqueting Hall is decorated to a very high standard.
A beautiful Dressing Room is available to get ready in. Hope to return and book our wedding!

The perfect exclusive wedding venue
? Wow this place is absolutely stunning! I don’t know where it’s been hiding but I’m so glad I came across it! I have visited Bourton a number of times in between lockdowns and can’t wait to be back soon. I adore their honeymoon suite which is so nice and bright with that luxurious feel that’s gonna make you want to stay forever, there is an en suite too which is huge with a gorgeous bathtub and amazing views overlooking Draycote Water in the distance. The Italian chapel is just so unique and the grounds perfect for those strolls and bridal portraits Delia the on side Manager is always a pleasure to deal with so you can be sure you’ll really be looked after and get a nice personal approach which I think is so important when you choose the venue you want to get married at I am privileged to be a recommended supplier - photographer at this gorgeous place and seriously cannot wait to capture all the beautiful weddings my couples have planned

Bourton Hall is a beautiful building, perfect for a wedding with the most stunning grounds. The staff are 5*, super helpful and genuinely just lovely.

The most stunning venue in Warwickshire
I had the pleasure organising a small event with some fantastic local suppliers at Bourton Hall.
This place is incredible and so picturesque .I love everything about it. The Italianate style mansion with poetic charm, stunning grounds, amazing countryside views and wonderful people. The team at Bourton Hall were very helpful from the start. Delia is so lovely. I’m grateful for all of her help on the day and with all the preparations before the event. Fantastic place for your dream quintessential wedding!

Dream Venue and Fantastic Staff
After an absolute nightmare scenario with our original Wedding venue closing as a result of COVID, by some miracle we came across Bourton Hall. I only wish we had found this beautiful venue when we were originally searching in 2018!
Delia has been an absolute pleasure to speak with and has been constantly reassuring throughout the somewhat scary process of completely rebooking our Wedding, always responding quickly and being so helpful.

Simply Stunning
Bourton Hall is a truly stunning and beautiful venue for weddings and other celebrations with beautiful grounds as well. When working with the venue they have always been very helpful and accommodating and we can't wait to be back with you soon. All the best.
