Where to start with these guys...you really are amazing! We found this venue by chance on a Facebook ad that popped up, and once we'd been to visit, nothing else compared. From the moment we walked up the path, we knew how special this venue was, and then meeting Fraser and Emma just sold us even more. They were both so helpful and friendly, and unbelievabley passionate about doing everything they could to provide a venue and a service with a difference. We really couldn't fault them. Everything about this venue is beautifully different, they're far from your usual Tipi's in a field. From the entrance, to the Forest Chapel, the decked walkway, cosy barrell chairs around the firepits, the stunning bar, the Whiskey Lounge (where we chucked the grandparents :D), the mesmorising dancefloor...the list neverends...oh, and the accommodation! We just wish we could relive it all over again. Thank you both for everything you did on the day and in the lead up to it. We will be forever grateful :) Paige and Adam - 29.04.23

Thank you for your hard work in giving us the most amazing wedding that it could possibly have been. The whole thing from start to finish was incredible and we really are so grateful to the team, the bar staff, kitchen staff, reception staff, everyone! We could not fault anyone that we approached over the whole weekend. Our friends and family were overwhelmed by the amazing venue, the food, the staff and how smoothly the day went. So once again thank you so, so much. We really could not have been happier with choosing Hoar Cross Hall for our big day and you really could not have made it better.

We initially chose to have our wedding at The Waterfront after looking at numerous wedding venues due to its unique characteristics. We enquired about the package that would be available to us and we were amazed by the outstanding value for money. We were fully satisfied with the service prior to the wedding day. We were taken care of by our wedding co-ordinator, Sarah, who was a newly appointed member of the team. We were extremely impressed with her organisational skills and wealth of knowledge that was gained during her years working within the wedding industry. We felt confident that our wedding was in good hands and we were looking forward to the day itself which came around extremely fast! Sarah was on hand to support us when setting up the room the day before to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding day was perfect from beginning to end! We were greeted by Sarah during the ceremony who did a fantastic job guiding members of the wedding party. Following the ceremony, the drinks reception was served promptly on the outside terrace, which allowed the guests to take in the stunning surroundings. All of the courses during our wedding breakfast were served promptly. The waiters were very effective as they worked together as a team. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Through to the evening, the wonderful service continued when the buffet was served. The guests all commented on how impressed they were with the day as a whole. With all the emphasis of this review mainly based on the food and our wedding co-ordinator, I would now like to comment on the venue alone. The setting allowed our photographer to get many different shots of which we will treasure forever, taking advantage of the marina itself, the two lakes, the promenade and the national forest. I would recommend this venue to everyone! The new Mr and Mrs Banks would like to thank The Waterfront for ensuring that our day was flawless!

My wife and I had the ceremony at our local church but decided to use Dovecliff Hall Hotel for our wedding reception. The price we found on the internet was very competitive and so we enquired further. The staff were extremely helpful, knew what they were doing and very efficient. The venue were extremely accommodating with small changes in numbers without any issues, and helped us with every aspect, including menu choice and other elements of the evening. We were able to advise on all of the elements we wanted alongside all of the traditional elements. This hotel really knows what it is doing and we had a wonderful time, fabulous food, excellent atmosphere, stunning grounds and buildings and an amazing room for the evening. We are very pleased to recommend this whole venue to anyone who wants to go there!
