Facilities and Capacity

Capel Manor Gardens hosts wedding parties of five to 120 guests. The venue comprises a range of licensed indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, including the Chapel Ruins, the 17th Century Garden, Historical Gardens, the Back Lawn of the Manor House, the Georgian Manor House, and the Old Manor House Garden, which was opened by Queen Elizabeth II . The Chapel ruins feature winding ivy and climbing roses on the exposed brickwork and bell tower. It is the venue’s most unique ceremony setting, and there is sufficient space to seat up to 80 guests. In the southwest corner of the gardens, you will find the popular 17th Century Garden, hidden from the rest of the gardens by lovely fern hedges. The 17th Century Garden is full of white roses during the summer months, and the forest beyond makes a lovely backdrop for ceremonies of up to 120 guests. The Back Lawn is a perfect setting for larger gatherings and can accommodate up to 150 of your family and friends.
