We couldn't have had a better wedding at No. 38! Ben and Alasdair were personable and everything was tailored to our exact requirements. Our wedding didn't feel like a venue churning out another wedding, it felt like it was ours and a truly special occasion. The day itself was relaxed with incredible food and drinks, and the venue, along with the park across the road, provided a stunning backdrop for everything. Another bonus was that the venue was private, with all rooms for the wedding party, meaning the next morning we had a celebratory breakfast with our family that had stayed. We can't thank No. 38 enough!

We have just celebrated our wedding reception at Conygree Farm with Cotswolds Under Canvas and we can honestly say there is not a single thing we would have changed. The farm is absolutely beautiful, wildlife everywhere and so, so peaceful. The tipi was brilliant, we even had a thunder storm at one point (which we thought would be the worst weather ever in a tent!), but it was absolutely no problem as the staff jumped to it and put the sides of the tipi down to keep everyone dry and safe. The tipi is incredibly robust and even with fairly strong winds there were no issues whatsoever (we did have sunshine for MOST of the day though fortunately!). We loved the DIY nature of the venue, you can decorate it with all your own accessories and the farm have a huge shipping container of wedding paraphernalia left from other couples which was simply fantastic as it saved us a load of money buying things we'd just have to sell on again afterwards. We loved the fact you got the place from the Thursday - Sunday, which meant that we were able to have a smaller get together on the Friday with the bridal party, and a breakfast with the campers on the Sunday, which just made the whole weekend extend that little bit longer and helped us to really make the most of every second. The beautiful thing about this was that we were able to use produce from their farm for our BBQ/breakfast/salads, which was fantastic value and super tasty! We loved this environmentally friendly feel, and there is a big push for recycling on site and keeping your footprint on the beautiful site to a minimum, which we loved. The staff were incredible, nothing was ever too much and they were present throughout the whole day and evening, keeping any potential issues with guests, food, drinks etc at bay and allowing us to completely relax and be present in the moment with our guests, knowing we were in good hands. The other lovely thing was that we were able to be completely free to choose our own catering, which kept the costs per head down, meaning that we could have more guests than we would have been able to in a standard barn or similar wedding venue where you tend to only have the choice of 1-2 and it's a sit down meal. Communication throughout was superb, especially considering we were the first wedding of the year so they were working hard in the 3-4 weeks beforehand to actually get all the tents set up, which is a HUGE job. Lovely, lovely people, genuinely want the best for you and your day and we came away feeling like they really "got" us and what we wanted. A truly memorable experience, and not just because it was our wedding day. If we could give 6 stars we would!

I can’t say enough good thing about The Frogmill and our wedding. The team went above and beyond to make our day special, nothing was too much trouble, and they stayed on top of every detail. We had high hopes and they excelled on every front! The venue itself is so beautiful with the right mix of traditional and modern, and the spaces for ceremony, drinks, dinner and the party are perfect. Our guests still mention how amazing the food was! We’ve returned on both our anniversaries to stay in the honeymoon suite again and it’s still such a magical place to visit. It was every we dreamed of and more. Can’t recommend enough!

We got married at The Barn at Upcote on 2nd September 2016. The venue is just stunning - beautifully refurbished Cotswold stone barns set amongst lush countryside. Our guests were so impressed by the venue and we have received such wonderful compliments. It was great that the venue isn't just one big barn but a collection around a small grassed courtyard; as ours was an all day wedding - this allowed us to move activities and events during the day around the venue. From the moment we met Andrew and Jo we were so impressed by their friendly, approachable and professional attitude - nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great and they made the arrangements totally hassle free. On the day Andrew, Jo and the Team were brilliant running around making everything seem so effortless - everything went perfectly and we had just the best wedding day we could imagine - and we know no small part of that was down to the venue and the team at The Barn at Upcote. Can't recommend them enough!

We just want to thank you and the team at Lower Slaughter Manor for arranging such a fantastic wedding for us on 2nd July. The location is stunning, a beautiful Cotswold Manor House with amazing grounds set in the picturesque village of Lower Slaughter with its stream, water mill and quaint cottages, a perfect setting and endless photo opportunities. Where do we start with the day itself, Nicole was incredibly helpful with the planning and organisation of the day, nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was outstanding. The wedding breakfast was delicious, Whipped Cerney Goats Cheese to start followed by Breast & Confit Leg of Chicken, then Salt Baked Pineapple followed by Salted Chocolate Mousse. The Chef and his team did a fantastic job and all our guests were overwhelmed by the quality of the food and amazing service. A special mention must also go to Hannah and her team as the attentive service throughout the entire day was exemplary, nobody was left with an empty glass and the high level of service was maintained until the party finished in the early hours. Most of our party either stayed overnight in the Manor or across the road in the Inn and the standard of rooms in both locations are the epitome of pure luxury. Spacious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. All of our guests without exception said that our wedding was a fabulous day, from the ceremony itself, the amazing food and service and the party in the evening, all within the most perfect location. For ourselves, it was the best day ever, you even arranged for the sun to shine and we cannot thank you all enough for making our special day better than we could have ever imagined. We will definitely be back for anniversaries.

I just wanted to drop you all a quick note to say a massive thank you for everything you guys did for us last Saturday. The day was fantastic. Both Simon & I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did. The shear hard work and effort by all the staff at the hotel showed through in abundance.

We cannot recommend Hyde Barn enough. We booked with Annie and the team in October of last year before any work had begun. It was a huge gamble, but one we are now thrilled with. The barn has turned out SO much better than we had ever imagined and wipes the floor with similar styled venue’s (we looked at lots!). Annie’s huge personality and fantastic attention to detail and customer service really made the planning and preparation incredibly easy and very stress free. Our wedding was the Barn’s 2nd weekend wedding so we were concerned the team would still be getting used to the layout themselves. Chris and the entire Hyde Barn and Fosse Manor team were more than fantastic. Service was seamless, the food was truly superb and better than some of the Michelin star restaurants we’ve eaten in and all the team’s polite, ‘can’t do enough for us or our guests’ attitude was truly a credit to them all. Overall we cannot praise the superb facilities and customer experience we received from start to wedding enough and our guests have reiterated that too. Thanks again Annie and the entire team.
