Cheshire Woodland Weddings is fully licensed for weddings and ceremonies, taking place within a beautiful 15-acre woodland. This enchanted area boasts a thatched shelter where you can say your vows nestled amongst the beautiful scenery in an unforgettably romantic ceremony.
The venue staff also offer the unique option of having your wedding rings flown in by an owl, followed by enjoying a glass of fizz in the woodland or at our waterside gazebo. This venue also features a 40ft barn complete with fire pits, rustic benches and tables and a dance floor. You can party the night away in country style.

The Cheshire Woodland Weddings team takes pride in creating a relaxed day that you will never forget. These professionals also offer the option of exclusive hire of the venue. They can create a package full of fun activities, including archery, falconry, segways and much more!
If your guests need accommodation, there are camping and caravan facilities on-site for an authentic festival feel and hotel accommodation within one mile. New for 2023 there will be new Glamping Cabins, complete with hot tubs, available within a few minutes walk from the woodland. For the happy couple, if you’re looking for somewhere extra special to spend your first night of marriage, luxury lodges and log cabins are just a few minutes walk away, this could also be a good option for guests. Perfect Wedding
Do not let the weather put you off when considering this venue. We had all seasons but snow, and yet we would not change anything. The rain added to the magic of the ceremony, the sun came out during the activities, and biblical rain during our meal, it was great! The staff were overly accommodating with the weather, so again do not worry. The staff were able to accommodate change quickly, making sure that myself and my bridesmaids kept dry before the ceremony.
Ebony was amazing, cannot say much more. She was quick to respond to queries before the wedding, and on the day ensured everything ran like clockwork. Ebony allowed me to relax during the day, and handled everything to the finest detail.
We would also like to thank all the other staff, as they also worked tirelessly throughout the day.
We would recommend this venue to anyone who wishes to have an alternative outdoor wedding. We guarantee that you will have the best day, and so will your guests.
