We had our wedding here on 9th June 2024 and looking back on my experience, I wouldn't have it any other way! Beautiful venue, lovely staff, excellent customer service and amazing ongoing support from planning to execution on the big day! We absolutely recommend Cockliffe Country House to everyone as they have proven they can make any event fantastic! ❤️

Cockliffe is a tranquil and beautiful setting, and all ours for the wedding! The staff were brilliant, Andrea was amazing from the first visit to look around till the good byes the morning after our wedding.
The food was gorgeous, and the atmosphere chilled, relaxed and super romantic....
We had the most perfect day, we just wished it hadn't flown by quite like it did!!! Thank you to all the team... x

Such an intimate, friendly, cosy yet spacious venue. We loved everything about our day and our wedding dressers did us so proud compliment your gorgeous establishment with our lovely decor.

Sacha (our wedding coordinator) was a true professional from meeting her at the open day right up until leaving at the end of the day.
We will always be great for her help, calmness and how lovely she was with our little girl too.

The dinner service was exceptional and bar staff attentive although busy.

We got married at the start of February 2023 and the team at Cockliffe couldn't have been better. We did the "Say I do in 2022 (and early 23)" and it was a great deal. The day was amazingly well organised and Sacha ensured we had everything we wanted to make it perfect for us. They couldn't have done anything more to help and even when we had a couple of last minute changes (families 🙄😂), they dealt with it in a professional and kind manner!
It also helps that the building is stunning and even in February, the grounds are beautiful.

We cannot say thank you enough to Cockliffe for giving us the best day ever for our wedding. The Team were supportive, professional, responsive and knowledgeable right from the beginning of the process, which we really appreciated as we didn't know where to start when it comes to planning a wedding! They were happy to hold our hand throughout the whole process. The day itself was absolutely flawless, with staff sorting out things that we had not even thought about, getting things done behind the scenes and solving any problems that arose before we even knew there was an issue. The food was delicious, all our guests have commented on how wonderful the food was, from the three course wedding breakfast to the evening buffet and the breakfast served the morning after. But the staff are what make this place, they are superb. It was like having your wedding organised and run by friends - they were so kind, so friendly and so helpful but make no mistake, these people are professionals and know what they are doing. When the night came to an end, the Cockliffe staff packed up all our things while we went to bed and in the morning it had all been carefully stored in the reception area for us to collect and load into the car. I am aware that we were the fifth wedding they had back-to-back that week, with more after us in the following days but you wouldn't know it with the warmth, support and enthusiasm they showed us for our wedding. All the staff, without exception, those behind the bar, those serving food, Sam & Dan in the horse cart and those cleaning up were superb. Special thanks go to Sacha, Kate and Demi, three of the warmest, calmest and most professional people we have ever met. The venue speaks for itself, it is gorgeous and comfortable. So thank you again Cockliffe for giving us, our family and our friends the best day ever. Many thanks and lots of love, Helena & Craig.

We had our day at Cockliffe and we could not have wished for it to go any better. The food was incredible, all of our guests commented on how amazing every course was.
The staff at Cockliffe could not have been any more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they were all so friendly.
We had Sacha as our wedding coordinator who was just the icing on the cake for us, she goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. Always there to help out and such a lovely person. The day flowed perfectly!

All the staff at the Cockliffe we’re incredible in ensuring that our day went as smoothly as possible, like many couples our day was delayed due to covid but the venue were amazing in changing everything over to new dates.
Sacha is without a doubt the most calm person we have ever meet nothing phases her and her attention to detail and responsiveness was incredible our day couldn’t have gone any better thanks to her support and planning.
Demi was also amazing in ensuring that the wedding breakfast ran smoothly and all dietary requirements were catered for nothing was to much trouble for her and the bar staff especially Zack were amazing throughout the night.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic was always going to be a big ask but not for Jo & the team at Cockliffe House. We were so well supported through the planning, on the day (and even afterwards) we couldn’t have asked for a better planning experience and wedding day with the team.

The day was perfect, and everything which we’d discussed (even the little things) was delivered by the team perfectly and with ease.

The venue looked amazing and the Cockliffe team worked really well to accommodate our suppliers and ensure everything went to plan.

On the actual day we had a heat wave, but the team continued to go above and beyond and we’re forever grateful to them for there amazing commitment to helping us.

The venue is beautiful and the food exceptional, would recommend to anyone! They help create magical moments which you will never forget.

We visited several venues, none of which compared to Cockliffe. The location is perfect given the transport and road networks nearby.

We had Jai as our coordinator who was an absolute gem. They were there in the morning, helping me, asking what I needed and generally being a lovely person.

Everyone has commented on the quality and quantity of the food - my brother took it upon himself to eat my dinner and dessert whilst I was mooching around speaking to people and he never eats seconds!!

The venue itself it fabulous value for money, with everything - food, venue hire and accommodation we spent around £12,000 which made getting married achievable for us.

Every member of staff that we spoke to was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

Beautiful, clean, modern facility, attenuative to the little details that make your day so smoothly.
Could not have wished for a more magical day.

The food was outstanding, from canopies, the main meal and breakfast the next day.
Love how they catered to the children too as my wedding had 9 children all under 12.
Breakfast the next day was freshly cooked to order, and was no problem if you wanted to change things up a little.

The grounds are beautiful (wish we got out a little more but we had a winter wedding)
We did sparklers in the evening which created some beautiful memories and photos, the kids love it, so give it a go!

Rooms were huge, beds were comfortable and it was lovely and toasty all day and night.

Lots of places to take beautiful photos.

The weather was so unexpected and snowed so much, but it was made so easy to enjoy the day and get some amazing photographs on the stunning grounds

Sacha and her team made the morning so easy and allowed myself to just enjoy getting ready with my friends and family , with no bother whatsoever
They helped out so much by bringing us drinks ect and we’re so efficient with anything we needed!

The venue looked amazing and was so well thought out, everything was so organised.

All of the service was amazing! Food was delicious and they managed to keep up with the demand of everyone buying so many drinks at the bar! Haha

Even in the morning, everything was all packed up for us ready to take home and that made it easier as we were feeling slightly fragile.

It was the most incredible day and we couldn’t of wished for better
