Facilities and Capacity
Cogges Manor Farm features two 18th-century barns on the grounds, along with a Manor House, walled garden, orchard, and a river walk. Chickens and ducks roam the farmyard, and you'll see goats, sheep, Oxford Sandy & Black pigs and Shetland ponies, with small animals too. All this provides for beautiful back-drops for your photographs.
Both of the barns are licensed for civil ceremonies. The gorgeous and spacious Wheat Barn can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated reception, up to 240 for a buffet, and in lovely weather, there's space outdoors too. The Barley Barn can seat up to 140 guests for a ceremony; a ceremony in the Wheat Barn is also possible - the choice is entirely yours. With the agreement of the Registrars (or your own celebrant), an outdoor ceremony is also an option.
