Cotswolds Under Canvas is a new outdoor wedding venue based at Conygree Farm, near the town of Northleach (between Cheltenham, Cirencester and Oxford) in Gloucestershire. They specialise in tipi events and glamping celebrations in their stunning wildflower meadows.

This unique Cotswold setting is ideal for couples seeking a boho-chic, festival-inspired atmosphere, and a chilled long wedding weekend. The farm location, bell tent and camping options, and variety of onsite services will ensure that you have a relaxed celebration with an all-in-one experience.

Facilities and Capacity

Located on an award winning National Trust owned organic farm, Cotswolds Under Canvas gives you plenty of space to create your dream day. The venue has three giant hat tipis, which can host up to 140 seated guests or 200 standing guests at a time, with additional catering and bar tents attached.

Inside, your guests will be surrounded by stretched canvas, exposed wooden beams, carpets and rustic decor to match your boho theme. The interior can also be furnished with a variety of furniture, lighting, stages and a dance floor for a high-quality evening to match your style. Additional tipis and structures can also be provided if you need additional space.

Colourful wildflower meadows surround the tents, adding a lush backdrop to your big day. If you wish to say your vows under the sun, you're welcome to use the blossom tree circle and fire pit for a low-key, informal ceremony.

In addition to the event space, their are 15 luxury bell tents on site, with big double beds, cosy bedding and lighting for a relaxing overnight stay. Additional bell tents can be hired in if needed. Party till late and fall into bed. The showers in the farmyard are something rather special.

Parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility to ensure everyone arrives at the venue with ease.

Services Offered

Cotswolds Under Canvas commits to a limited number (6 - 8) of weddings per year, ensuring that each couple receives the time, attention and focus they deserve during their planning process.

As a pet-friendly venue, couples are welcome to incorporate their furry companions into their big day.

Tables, benches, toilet trailers, fite pits, BBQs, chillers and other amenities will be provided, and the team will be ready to assist with sourcing, setup, delivery on the big day, and takedown. No job is too small.

They have an in-house bar team and a range of great caterers on call. Plenty of hotel and other accomodation options locally if glamping is not your thing.
