We got married here last year and will never ever forget our day. I’m sure many people say this, but one of the reasons was largely down to the venue. We can’t not mention Tina and Gavin. From first viewing we knew this is where we wanted to get married. There is plenty of land; a huge barn, a gorgeous orchard for drinks; a barn for the ceremony; plenty of parking and even a tractor to drive the guests from the car park! Tina went out of her way to bring our vision to light. It offered perfectly the diy touch, allowing us to offer our guests exactly the day we had. Tina’s attention to detail is incredible. She listened throughout the process and advised us and took so much stress out of the day. The barn itself had everything needed; a lot of space, a bar; a dance floor and a stage. There is a separate area people can break away if they want some quiet time. Outdoor seating for the day and fire pits for night. A year on people who attended still say it was one of their favourite weddings they have ever been to! Can’t recommend enough!

The team at Water's Edge made our wedding reception! From start to finish they were incredibly accommodating, very helpful and just a pleasure to work with. The facilities at the venue are superb - from the bridal suite to the bar, the function room and the courtyard; the venue is just beautiful!!! We got lots of positive comments from our guests about the food and drinks served, especially from those who had dietary requirements who noted how well they were accommodated for. We highly recommend reaching out to the Water's Edge team if you are looking for a wedding venue where you can do it all in one place and have a wonderful day with your loved ones!

I hosted my wedding at Beachley House in October 2022 and had the most magical day. The grounds are beautiful and intimate. I held my celebrant ceremony under a gazebo at one end of the gardens and hired a tipi for the evening reception. I was able to have a bunch of my guests stay at the house with me. Highly recommend

Ingleside House is a beautiful setting for a wedding. The food was outstanding and the level of service second to none. All of our requests were accommodated and we highly recommend this venue for a small or a larger wedding.

I can’t say enough good thing about The Frogmill and our wedding. The team went above and beyond to make our day special, nothing was too much trouble, and they stayed on top of every detail. We had high hopes and they excelled on every front! The venue itself is so beautiful with the right mix of traditional and modern, and the spaces for ceremony, drinks, dinner and the party are perfect. Our guests still mention how amazing the food was! We’ve returned on both our anniversaries to stay in the honeymoon suite again and it’s still such a magical place to visit. It was every we dreamed of and more. Can’t recommend enough!

We fell in love with it when we came to see it. It is a truly unique house, combining beautiful comfort and attention to detail with quirk and charm and character. Pauntley offers so much that is unusual as a venue. We had our ceremony down by the lake but there are five or six places you could have something equally special. You could make it more formal up in the gardens nearer the house, or more boho in these little clearings they have in the woods surrounded by willow trees and ducks near the lake at the bottom. The church just next door is also beautiful if you would prefer a traditional church service. The rooms in the house are like a treasure hunt of luxury, everything exquisitely furnished with its own character. Every one’s comfort has been thought of: everyone has a bathroom within access, everyone’s beds are fit for royalty, everyone has views or something quirky about their room that makes them feel special. On top of that there are touches like fluffy gowns, fresh flowers everywhere, beautiful rich sheets and just a really lovely intimate feeling. Melissa has already got a great list of suppliers, so for things like tipis or marquees you can just trust the people from the area that she already knows. Her recommendations were spot on for everything. Her taste, sense of quality and understanding of what we were after were perfect. Pauntley is a unique house and Melissa and Mark are the most willing and supportive team you could hope for to help you plan. If you want a country wedding that feels more intimate than most stately homes, but still want comfort for guests and a luxurious and unique place, you should definitely consider it as your venue.
