We loved every minute of our time at Ponden Mill, every aspect of our wedding was perfect and made so by the fantastic and conscientious staff! Everything was above and beyond - including my sister being able to see the ceremony via video call (thank you Heather). It’s such a beautiful venue and our guests still talk about how amazing the food was! Ponden is definitely worth every penny, and everything always runs so seamlessly with Elkie, Heather, Danny and Jamie. If you’re looking for a scenic venue that is different from the norm, then Ponden is definitely the choice for you.

We had our wedding last December at the Malthouse. We had a lovely day here. All the guest loved the vibe, decoration, and the food. The venue already provided Christmas theme decoration, we only hired a different supplier for table decoration with a matching theme. The chef helped us to decorate our wedding cake. Absolutely gorgeous! We fell in love with this venue right the first time visiting it. We’re so happy that we chose this place.

We had our wedding reception at The Fleece on 12/08/17. What a wonderful day! Right from the first visit, Emma-Jayne, Harriet and the team could not have done anything more for us. The room, the food, the views, the bedrooms (and even the weather!) were all fantastic. If you're undecided on a venue, get yourself along to one of their open days, you'll be amazed. A perfect day, the sun was shinning, conservatory doors open all day. Beautiful surroundings for photos. The staff were very attentive, disco fantastic. We were extremely happy with our wedding reception at cookridge hall and could not of asked for a more amazing day. Thank you so much, five stars xxx

We recently got married at Newsholme Manor. We were a party of 27, but the venue probably would take up to 40 people. It is an "L" shaped room with character. The ceremony and the meal was in the same room. Everything went like clockwork. Very pleasant staff, all very helpful. They arranged the room so that i could "walk down the aisle". I entered at the back of the room through patio windows. We chose the menu of, prawn cocktail, roast beef with yorkshire puddings and veg., followed by individual raspberry pavlovas and coffee with mint chocolates. Everyone said how lovely the food was. This venue is ideal for a small intimate and informal wedding, and we highly recommend it. They made our day very special for us. Thank you all!

We have booked our Wedding for October 2004 and have found the Wedding Coordinator (Sam) very helpful and professional. Having never organised a Wedding before Sam has helped us make sure that everything is covered for the venue. We feel reassured that the hotel knows exactly what is important to us to make our special day a success, and we are really looking forward to the day.

W couldnt fault the service at Holdsworth House. All the staff worked their utmost to make sure our day went like a dream. We held the service, reception and eevning party and all was fantastic. The food, location and staff were all fantastic.

from the very first meeting you find all involved on your wedding day from the grove entirely helpful and willing to deal with all your needs. the gardens and grounds are most spectacular all year round brilliant for photographs whatever the weather. The food whether it be a simple buffet or a five course dinner is always delicious and caters for everyones taste. The main room can be used for a civil wedding and looks absolutely stunning for both the service and the reception. There is also a very well laid out lounge area and patio area for all your guests to relax and mingle.
